    Ingredients:

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 avocado, sliced
    ½ cucumber, thinly sliced

    For the lemon dressing:
    3 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
    1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
