ASMR Rose Tteokbokki with Glass Noodles【Mukbang/ Eating Sounds】【English Subtitles】
Thank you for watching today ♡ This is Miyu. Today, I’m eating rose tteokbokki ♪ “Rose” in rose tteokbokki comes from the French word meaning “rose-colored” or “pink.” In Korea, it refers to “tomato + cream” rose sauce (rose pasta). This one doesn’t use tomatoes; it features the spiciness of chili peppers and the creaminess of cream ♡ Tteokbokki refers to rice cakes. Today, it includes not just rice cakes but also glass noodles. Ingredients are bacon, sausages, and boiled eggs. Cooked thoroughly, so they’re plump ♪ The drink is Calpis soda. I planned on ginger ale, but it was too spicy, so I switched to Calpis soda. The egg is perfectly soft-boiled ♡ These glass noodles are extra thick. They’re called “Haidi Lao Hot Pot Sweet Potato Noodles,” but the texture is just right. Thick and satisfying, so I’ll use these noodles from now on ♪ I chose round sausages this time, thinking they’d look tastier. They’re Mokumoku sausages ♪ The glass noodles are especially delicious. Although it’s called rose “tteokbokki,” it’s half rice cakes and half glass noodles. But it’s so tasty, I’m glad I added plenty. The chewy texture combined with the spicy, creamy sauce is the best ♡ The rice cakes are equally delicious ♡ This is a fried dish called “kim mari.” It’s a popular Korean street food made by wrapping glass noodles in seaweed and frying them. The taste exceeded my expectations. Crispy and sweet-salty. Let’s tone down the spiciness. This time, no tomatoes were used; the red color comes entirely from chili peppers. That might be why it’s spicy! Even with 600ml of fresh cream, the chili heat remains. But it’s less spicy than buldak bokkeum myeon. Definitely spicier than Shin Ramyun. But it’s so delicious ♡♡ Yesterday, I crushed a mikan with my upper palate, and the skin peeled off. Has that ever happened to you? I thought the spiciness might sting, but it was okay ♪ It’s spicy but stimulates the appetite wonderfully. I made enough for four servings today. The sauce is for six servings ♪ I’m sure it’ll be gone in no time ♪ Previously, I used a lot of rice cakes when making tteokbokki. That would reduce the sauciness and sizzle. But making extra sauce makes it look so appetizing ♡ The gooey texture is delicious and recommended ♪ At first, I thought there was too much sauce, but simmering makes it perfectly gooey, so patience is key. I wanted the eggs soft-boiled, so I added them at the end. Finally made the rose tteokbokki I’ve been longing for ♡ It looks deliciously colorful, doesn’t it? ♡ Tasted just as good as it looked. Initially, it felt too spicy! But I got used to it gradually. Maybe it felt spicier because it was piping hot. It gets tastier as you eat more. It doesn’t cool down, but I’m sure it’s delicious even when cold ♪ Today’s side was going to be either an American dog or kim mari. I found kim mari at the store where I bought Dashida, so I chose that. If kim mari is available, it’s probably in the frozen section. If you’re interested, check the frozen section ♪ Today’s secret ingredients for the rose tteokbokki were beef Dashida, curry powder, and fresh cream. It was very spicy, rich, and delicious ♡ The curry powder especially stood out. I’d like to try this seasoning with pasta next time ♡ Please continue to enjoy! Please subscribe, like, and comment ♡ Your support is my energy!

✨🇯🇵
Today, I had Rose Tteokbokki 🧡
Rose Tteokbokki is a pink-colored Korean rice cake dish that combines the spiciness of chili peppers with the richness of fresh cream, popular in Korea ✨
In addition to tteokbokki, it includes dangmyeon (glass noodles), sausages, bacon, and a soft-boiled egg 🥚
The soft-boiled egg is perfectly cooked♪
I also added kim mari (deep-fried glass noodles wrapped in seaweed).
It’s spicy yet creamy, making it irresistibly delicious 😋
I especially enjoyed the gummy-like texture of the dangmyeon♪
For drinks, I had Calpis soda 🥤
