Marination
In a bowl add yogurt, mushroom, ginger garlic chilli paste, fried onion, garam masala, chole/chicken masala, turmeric powder and mix everything
Keep it for rest for 5 min
Now take a pan
Add oil
Few khade masale
Now add marinated mushroom
Add red chilli powder
Mix everything
Put a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes close the flame and mushroom masala is ready
Add lots of green coriander( finely chopped)
Enjoy with paratha❤️
