オハッス、どうもCapibara03です。今回もみんな大好き胸肉シリーズです。この塩だれまじでうまいんで今後たくさんでてくるかも‼️

★材料★
鶏胸肉 1枚
塩 適量
酒 大さじ1杯

🍴ネギだれ🍴
白ネギ 1/2本
青ネギ 1/4袋
ごま油 大さじ2杯
塩 小さじ1/2杯
味の素 2つまみ

★手順★
1. 鶏むね肉両面をフォークで穴を開ける
2. 塩をもみこみ、酒をかけ、レンジで600W4分
3. 白ネギをみじんぎり、青ネギを細かく輪切りにし、ネギだれの調味料類をいれて混ぜる
4. 鶏むね肉を適当な大きさにカットし、塩だれをかける。
