【しば漬け】梅酢を使うと簡単に作れる!

Then put the vegetables in the bag. Drain the eggplant. Add salt, about 20g. Mix, remove the air and weigh down until the water comes out for about one night. Let it sit overnight. ★しば漬け材料
茄子 3本250g
きゅうり 2本200g
生姜 30g
塩 20g
梅酢 100cc
★しば漬け作り方
1茄子は縦半分に切り斜め切りします。
2きゅうりも縦半分に切り斜め切りします。
3生姜は皮を剥いて千切りします。
4茄子とキュウリと生姜を袋に入れて、塩20gを入れて揉みます。
5野菜と同量の重石をして一晩置きます。
6一晩置いた野菜の水を絞り、シソ適量と梅酢を入れます。
7空気を抜いて1~2日間ほど重石をして置きます。
