And today, using these sweet potatoes, I’ll make that “thing” It’s a sweet stuff I’ll make sweet potato dessert! And here’s how I make it! First, let’s cut the potato’s… [I’m a sweet potato]
Sorry First, let’s cut the ends
of the sweet potato Soak a paper towel into water, and wrap the sweet potato with it Then wrap it with cling wrap Do the same to all the sweet potatoes Alright, now steam them using microwave For one piece,
you need to microwave it for five minutes, turn it over,
and microwave it again for two minutes After you’ve microwaved it,
take off the wraps, and cut it in half It takes a lot of time

[with the good ingredients] I’ve smashed the sweet potatoes And add some yolks Granulated sugar Vanilla essence Heavy cream And mix them Scoop the sweet potato dough
and fill it into the skin Alright, just like this It will look better if you fill it
thick and a lot And then, coat them lightly with egg yolk I want to make these extra thick, so I had to use aluminium foil
to hold the skin The egg yolk will give them a good color Once you’ve coated them with yolk,
it’s time to bake! Okay, bake them for about five minutes
with an oven toaster Alright, they’re done! I actually wanted to take off
the aluminium foil, but it would collapse if I take it
so I’ll just let it be It still looks delicious, so all’s okay And to finish it off,
sprinkle a little bit of granulated sugar And… Burn it with a burner [BURN] DON’T GET BURNT! I burned it a little too well [Please be REALLY careful]
[when you’re using fire] And lastly, top them with ice cream I put it in the fridge for a little while
and now it’s gotten soft nicely IT’S FINISHED! It was unexpectedly hard to make Too many unexpected things happened Making dessert is quite hard indeed [I’ve already gotten tired]

They say the skin
has external nutrition too The skin is less sweet,
but the ice cream covers for that I used to make
sweet potato dessert all the time, but it’s my first time
making this brulee thing Potatoes got long shelf-life,
and they’re not so pricey And they got nutrition too That’s why my mother
often bought it for us And when we didn’t have any snacks,
I’d just make myself sweet potato dessert Sweet potato dessert is so easy But today was really hard [Even though the little ones]
[were so easy to make] Look! The ice cream is dripping all over
on the ones that don’t have aluminium foil Aluminium foil was the correct choice It’s covered in melted ice cream
and looks really good! I’ll rescue the ice cream around this part [ICE CREAM DELICIOUS] The slightly bitter taste
of the brulee is really good You can make such a yummy thing
with only burning some sugar! Before, I would eat big for filming, and also eat big
even if it’s not for filming But now it’s eating big
only when I’m filming, and eating three portions

I make sure to eat while thinking that It’s not like I’m not tasting the food
when I’m eating big, but if I eat a small amount
while chewing it cherishly, tasting the flavor
before and after I chew the food, I feel like it would get
absorbed better to my body if I chew the food more properly I’ve always got asked why I don’t get fat
even though I eat so much, and personally I think, because I eat so much food at a time,
my body doesn’t get to absorb all the food Everyone’s asking why I don’t get fat
even though I eat a lot, but on the contrary, I’m wondering if everyone eats this much,
they’d conversely not get fat What do you think of this theory? The ice cream now
kinda tastes like sweet potato Up until now,
I’ve never really cooked for myself before But that also doesn’t mean
I’ve been cooking for myself lately I’ve been preparing veggies myself Such us lettuce, cabbage,

to fulfill my big eating desire I just feel like kinda bad for the food
if only I alone got to enjoy it That’s what I think lately You might ask,
“Won’t you feel hungry then?” The gap between my “fulfilled”
to “being full” is really wide, actually “Being full” to me means
being so full that I can’t no more eat That’s why, I satisfy myself
with 1-2 portions of food, and that marks the start
of my time of happiness I’m someone who can feel happiness
more intensely than other people Nice, right? While it’s a no-brainer,
once I got used to this lifestyle, I slimmed down I’ve been gradually losing the weight
that I got from eating so much, and eating only veggies and tofu lately And the seasoning that I like to use are
salt, ajinomoto, vinegar, and olive oil Now I don’t like to use
a lot of salad dressing anymore It tastes good if you have it
sometimes though, caesar salad dressing for example And junk food’s also delicious
if you eat it sometimes It’s doesn’t feel as valuable
if you eat it all the time When I was in my low period,
when I ate using UberEats all the time, I couldn’t really feel the deliciousness I just felt like it was a chore The taste sure was delicious, but I didn’t feel the happiness
like I do now [It’s all about being happy]
