キッチンぽんぽこへようこそ♪
イオン系のスーパー「まいばすけっと」って最近ものすごく増えましたよね。
コンビニだったところがいつの間にか「まいばすけ」になってたりして。
でも食料品に関してはいわゆるスーパーと同等のものが一通りそろっているので、実はとっても助かってます。
そんな「まいばすけ」で見つけた冷凍食品「アヒージョの具」。
こいつすごいです。
オリーブオイル足して5分に混むだけでアヒージョができちゃいます。
具も「エビ」「タコ」「カキ」と豊富なラインナップ。
バケットを浸すのも大好きですが、今回はパスタにしちゃいました。
「まいばすけ」の冷凍食品にはほかにも「おこわの具」だったり「カレーの具」だったり、果ては「お米の代わりに食べるカリフラワーフレーク」なんかもあったりして、本当に便利この上ない品揃え。
「まいばすけ」の食材、今後もいろいろ動画にしていこうと企んでます。

This guy is amazing.
Ahijo can be made just by adding olive oil and mixing for 5 minutes.
