Here is Zuccini. I will cut it into half moons. Try to slice thinly. Cut into 3,4 pieces. Look at a chive right there. Cut Spinach into 3,4 as well. Easy done! Salt the zucchini and drain it. Knead lightly, leave it for about 10 minutes, then squeeze it. tututututututu High heat. Boil the remaining vegetables for a few minutes. After draining the water, mix the chicken soup powder also the garlic. Then lets mix these with rice. 3,2,1…. Tuna Boiled vegetables. Zuccini. Kimchi. Gochujang. Mixing time! Add Korean seaweed if you like. If you like spicy, add chilli powder. And don’t forget fired egg 🙂 Add sesame and sesame oil, and done! Wow~~~~~~ I will have it with cold water today. Itadakimasu! Loosen the yolk and mix. It will be more tasty if you mix well. Ok let me try. Little spicy and bit of garlic flavor are so nice ! Addictive. It’s nice to have on summer. ( well,, I can have it in any season though ) You can add your favorite ingredient. Last bite. Gochisousamadeshita! Grape fruit for dessert. Sweet and Sour. It seems that drinking grapefruit and black tea will help recover from fatigue. I will try next time. Thanks for watching!
