◎材料
・豚ロース:1枚〜2枚
・卵:1個
・小麦粉:大さじ3
・パン粉:適量
・塩コショウ
◎ポイント
パン粉と油は多めの方が上手に揚がります。
バッター液のトロミ加減は水と小麦粉で調整可能です。
1枚だけ作る場合は、卵と小麦粉は半分の量で良いと思います。
◎作り方
1・脂と身の間にある筋を切る
2・全体を麺棒などで叩いて、元の形に戻す
3・両面に塩コショウをする
4・卵と小麦粉を混ぜてバッター液を作る
5・肉をバッター液、パン粉の順につけ、温まった油でこんがり揚げる
