高野豆腐の肉詰めの作り方【美肌】レシピ。余った団子はお弁当にも最適 Japanese tofu recipe.

ingredients chicken/freeze-dried tofu/shimeji mushroom/carrot/Sea kelp ginger a little green onion soak the freeze-dried tofu in boiled water until tender. freeze-dried tofu has a lot of nutrition. soy isoflavones boost ours immune system a kind of protein named arginine. it’s too hot water so I mix with cold water. wait about 5 minutes. push the center of tofu and it’s soft drain the water from tofu this channel I make dishes for making beautiful skin and sometimes I post easy recipes. cut them in half cut the center of tofu like this cut carrot and shimeji mushroom I heard that if we take carrot then become popular haha. so, I’ve told it to my kids when they were toddler….haha is it true and I looked in to dictionary carotenoids contained carrots make our skin color look attractive. hey it was true. haha actually, it helps our skin elasticity . vitamin A promotes skin turnover. it’s good for our skin condition better. mushrooms got at super market don’t need to wash, if you wash, water soluble nutrients gone or you can wipe it using paper to keep it clean. today I use plastic bag put a pinch of sea kelp chicken about 230g carrot and shimeji mushroom and put green onions I’m sorry cutted green onion was not expensive 2 pinches of green onion ginger as you like seasoning/soy sauce T1/2 sweeet sake (mirin) T1/2 cooking sake T1/2 put them in the plastic bag add potato starch T1 and mix mix mix cut here by scissors squeeze the meat and one more I put all meat put in the pot water 300cc Hondashi(bonito soup stock) T1 noodle soup T2 made meatballs around and I put meatballs in the bento next morning for my family cover the pot low heat 18 minutes done plate here you are the soup stock is delicious it is delicious beyond your imagination thank you for watching!

材料です

鶏モモミンチ肉230gくらい
高野豆腐
しめじ
にんじん
塩こんぶ
生姜
ネギ

味付け

醤油大さじ1/2
みりん大さじ1/2
料理酒大さじ1/2
塩こんぶひとつまみ
片栗粉大さじ1

鍋に並べいれて
水300cc
和風だしのもと大さじ1
めんつゆ大さじ2
