[Music] hey guys Karina and Katrina here and it’s ton it up Tuesday and it’s time TOA we always talk about greens our favorite recipe is Karina’s kale salad it’s on the blog ton up.com check it out it’s the link below and greens are so important in your diet and they’re nutrient dense and low in calories yeah and if you’re on the toner up nutrition plan you know that you get unlimited greens and they taste delicious the recipes are awesome see it’s go down below and it’s to toally rad so come ride this wave with us and let’s work out our entire body all I got is summer time running through my mind all right ready ride first move we are going to go far out stand at the back of your board Bend forward at your hip then walk out to a plank position do a tummy tuck eight tricep pushup come through upward facing dog push back into downward facing dog and walk back all right that’s one that’s one let’s keep going far out again walk out T up up downward facing dog this works out your entire body SP this motion right here lifting up the deadlift [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] now far out again Lower down the tummy tuck waistline lower ab tricep chest everything here you come back squeeze your glutes you tone up the back of the thighs all [Music] right on this one too when you do the tricep push-up you can put your knees down if you want let’s do one more [Music] last one far out everybody [Music] and downward dog and walk back up and now we’re going to come back down into a plank position and do a tubular twist we come on to our forearm to a forearm [Music] plank we’re rocking back and forth bringing your hips to the ground totally tubular working your shoulders your waist line [Music] you know surfing is a really great Core workout and four more 4 3 2 and [Music] one now we’re going to take you to the pipeline for some Bonsai buns so you’re on all fours ready to bring your right foot back squeeze your glutes 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 one now Loop it in using your lower ab stand up balance on one leg and bring that leg up good kick back front heel glutes quads back down lots of B [Music] [Music] okay last two make them count form is important KCK back isolating my glute yeah F don’t bail out yeah good all right now the other leg kick back to 10 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 one scoop it in lower ab balance and up good take your time back kick forward forward and up abs are tight so when you bring that knee up you’re working your lower abs with full core and your weight [Music] line you [Music] did I was that yeah that was so rad we live in a server town so we have to he it all [Music] day slack two come on make him count this is just like a deep single like squat last one all the way up all right get ready to hit that wave the last total body move is surf up all right so we start down on our bellies we’re going to pop up into a surfer Squat and come up on our board and cabanga back down to the ground lower in the tricep now we pop up opposite side and cowabanga make sure you do this with your fingers now you do a tricep pushup as you pop up you use your quads your core back down your abs everything and you have to do both sides to create balance in your body [Music] [Music] a party wi party WI [Music] woo [Music] [Music] one more ready last one party wins everybody stay down high five woo you rocked it beautiful betties you rode it all the way home check in with your trainers on Twitter Facebook Community we love hearing from you it makes our day thanks for joining us for your workout we’ll see you next time oh [Music] [Music]

hiya , i don't have enough money for your diet plan so.. im sticking to healthy nutritous meals from now on but i was wondering, if i did all of the bikini series workouts and things would i have lost at least a stone for july? 'cause im doing it everyday nad wud <3 a flat stomach!!

I'm a young mom so i love that i can just print these off!!!! But does anyone have any tips for me? My childs almost a year old but the baby weight won't come off!!! I drink mostly water, and eat right, and workout alot but i haven't seen a change!

Are you doing alot of toning (more toning can do wonders)? Or sometimes we just need to change our workout routines. A couple things helped me (and I had issues losing some unwanted weight for years) was the book "Eat This Not That, Supermarket Survival Guide", and using the workout DVD "Dancing With The Stars Latin Cardio Dance". It has a way of working the midsection while you dance. 🙂 Oh, and toning!
Google "Self tanner with coffee" so you can make your own!
Yes, I've been doing toning, and I change my workout up, I can't afford to buy those items, But it's killing me being so fat.
Maybe you could try a library. They could have the book, and might even have workout DVD's.

of course! I'm 14 and I've been doing tone it up and blogilates for 6 months about 5-6 times a week
That is the one thing that sucks about being overweight. I can't do it!!!!!! 🙁 I cant come back up on the surf board.
IMO it's not really the best substitute for cardio. It's best tacked on to the end of a few mile run.

Great workout! Wow it was really hard (since i'm only just starting to workout again), but if i do that every couple of days, i feel that i will get soo toned! 🙂
It makes me really happy to see fit girls as the standard for "hot bikini body" instead of the "thigh gap/ kinda annorexic" I've been hearing non-stop about this damn "thigh gap" and skinny thighs and not doing lunges or squats because it'll "bulk you up" and you'll have these "huge and manly" legs. (pardon my overuse of quotations btw) so it's really nice to see women that are beautiful without this fucking thigh gap craze.
Hey there, have you considered Bellyfattack ? Just search on Google. On there you will see a practical free video presentation by a well-known medical doctor revealing how to reduce unwanted fat. It made it easier for Andrew to eliminate his stomach fat. I hope it works for you too.
Love the workouts I just wish they had some more geared for someone just getting into shape 🙁
***** I think you need to just find ways to start liking veggies. I said that too but when you never eat them of course you won't like them. There are so many ways to make healthy food amazing and you have to eat the 'good' foods to lose weight. Sadly that's the way it is if you want to look like these two. :/
i just started bikini series and I'm confused do i do this workout once or go thru it three times like some of their other workouts?
I am trying to find that routine that consists of 5 moves done for 30 seconds each and 15 sec break in between. I wrote down the moves but i do not remember what a plank jump tuck is and I forgot to write down what the routine was called but i know it was tone it up. the moves are basic squats to warm up then jumping lunge then plank jump tuck then plyometric pushup then finally my favorite surf squat. please if anyone knows what im talking about i would really like to find the video.
