・じゃがいも・・・400g
・牛乳・・・・・・500cc

☆作り方☆
①【じゃがいも】は1cm厚さに切っておきます。
②鍋に切ったじゃがいもを入れて【牛乳】【塩】【ナツメグ】を入れて煮込みます。

③煮詰まってじゃがいもが柔らかくなったら味を整えてグラタン皿に移します。
④【チーズ】を乗せて200℃オーブンやトースターで10分ほど焦げ目がつくまで焼いたら完成です。
