300円の無印良品のソースでグルメパスタを作ってみた…びっくりするほど美味しかった🤯🍝
Let’s be real. Jolly pasta in Japan is great, but it’s not exactly cheap. And after spending over 1,200 yen on a plate of spaghetti that left me kind of disappointed, I thought, why not just make it at home? Today I’m showing you how to make a simple, delicious pasta dish that’s cheaper, faster, and honestly better than what I’ve heard at most chain restaurants. No fancy equipment, no hard to find ingredients, just honest food that’s budget friendly and seriously satisfying. And the best part, you probably have everything you need in your kitchen already. So whether you are a student on a budget or just tired of overpriced noodles, this ones is for you. Let’s cook something amazing and see why making pasta at home might just change the way you think about dinner forever. As you saw already, I started with boiling water for the pasta. Always the first step in any great homemade pasta recipe. Let’s move over to the fry pan. A bit of oil. Then we sauté our vegetables. This is where the flavor magic begins. First, I added sliced onions. Essential for a rich base. Next, chopped tomato, red bell peppers, carrots, and Japanese lameo mushrooms for a unique texture. I also toss in broccoli for fiber and balance. [Music] Now, let’s talk seasonings and spices. This is where we beat the blondness of chain restaurant pasta. So I added a little bit of salt, a little bit of turmeric. Nice. Coriander. Don’t overthink the spices. Just add a little bit. Little little little choto. Choto. Choto. Then cumin. Of course. Very nice. paprika. It doesn’t want to come out. I don’t know why. I have to open it, I guess. Yes. There we go. A little bit of paprika. Nothing special, nothing fancy. Just normal seasoning. And a little bit of curry powder. just to get the uh curry taste or curry flavor. It’s amazing. This pasta is cooking. And then mix everything, of course. Just keep mixing so everything blend together. [Music] Then I added a can of tuna just to get that seafood flavor or seafood taste. It’s amazing. So it’s basically a seafood pasta that you can make at home. It’s very simple and easy recipe. Honestly, anyone can make it. And keep mixing. Of course, always mix. Mix, mix, mix. Then to build a tomato-based flavor, I added a scoop of diced canned tomatoes. Perfect for that classic pasta feel. This mix gives you a nutritious, colorful, veggie packed sauce that’s perfect for a Japanese style pasta dish. And then keep mixing. Of course, mix, mix, mix. Mix properly, please. Thank [Music] you. Wow, look at that. The sauce with vegetables is almost ready. Oh my god. I I almost spilled the whole thing on the stove. Hola. Oh my god. And then yes, a little bit of black pepper. I forgot to add black pepper. Yes, a pinch of black pepper. It would be very nice. And it’s almost ready. Then I added the already cooked spaghetti on the top of the vegetable sauce or the sauce mixed with the vegetables. And just keep mixing, of course, as usual. Mix, mix, mix, mix, mix. [Music] [Music] Now for the star. Muji’s red snow crab and tomato cream sauce. This is one of the best Muji readymade sauces out there. Rich with real crab flavor and a smooth tomato base. I cooked the pasta al dente, drained it, and tossed it directly into the pan with the sauce and veggies. The result, a super creamy umami packed Japanese Italian fusion pasta dish that’s totally next level. And as usual, you know what to do. You know what time it is? Is time to mix. So mix, mix, mix, mix, mix, mix until tomorrow morning. Keep mixing, keep mixing that pasta. The flavor will be amazing. The results will be wonderful. [Music] And finally, just like that, our pasta is ready. It’s ready to be eaten. Look at that. I’m telling you, the smell is amazing. The taste, it looks so delicious. It’s so creamy, full of vegetables. Uh the sauce, the the crab uh cream, everything looks amazing. It’s so healthy, full of carbs, protein, everything you need. It’s amazing. Wow. I can’t wait to eat it. Look at that broccoli is nicely cooked. I also added the cheddar cheese just to give it a cheesy flavor or cheesy taste. That cheesy texture is amazing. Wow, the cheddar cheese on the top. It will be worth it. This is very expensive pasta I made at home. This maybe cost 5,000 yen in an Italian restaurant. I’m just joking. Wow, look at that. It’s ready. It’s ready to be eaten. And I’m ready to eat it. Let’s [Music] go for today’s drink. Pairing Dr. Pepper. My all-time favorite soda with a spicy sweet kick. It’s bold enough to match the pasta’s rich flavors and adds that nostalgic American touch to this very Japanese meal. Did anyone drink Dr. Pepper before? It’s amazing. I highly recommend it. Wow, it’s amazing. Dr. Pepper is the [Music] best. Time to taste. First bite. Ah, just before the first bite, we’ve got a surprise guest. It’s Japanese pie. Yes, I know it sounds strange. Do you also add mayonnaise to your pasta? Probably not, but trust me, that creamy tongue balances the sweetness of the crab and tomatoes beautifully. I highly recommend to add mayonnaise to your pasta. It’s amazing. I took the first bite. Wow. It’s delicious. Oi. Oh my. Wow. Creamy, rich, layered with spice. The muji sauce is legit. Better than some pasta dishes I’ve paid double for at restaurants. And the veggies add a natural sweetness and texture to the make it feel fresh and homemade. This isn’t just a pasta. This is comfort food with Japanese flare. Wow. The results are amazing. Look at that creamy pasta with a little bit of mayonnaise and the crab sauce and the veggies. Wow, it’s amazing. I’m loving it. I can eat this every day for lunch and dinner. I’m washing it down with some Dr. Pepper. Fresh cold. Wow. Look at that. Wow. Yes. Eating pasta is really a funny experience. Honestly, does anyone enjoy eating pasta? It’s funny. And it’s fun. You can have fun eating pasta. Really? Look at that. You can choose the size how much you want to eat like a small bite, a big bite. It’s up to you. And it’s really filling food. You can eat a lot, you can eat a little bit. It’s up to you. But at the end of the day, you will be full when you eat pasta and more energy. Pasta contains a lot of carbs. Look at that. It’s amazing. That’s the Nameco mushroom. It’s delicious. It’s healthy. Wow. Look at that. Nicely cooked, fresh, beautiful texture. I’m licking my fingers. That namiko is delicious. And then you’ve got broccoli. Also nicely cooked, healthy, green. One more. One more vegetable. Carrot. Yes. Next, we’ve got carrots. So, I think I’m sampling the vegetables now, one by one. And then a little bit of spaghetti and wipe my mouth because I’m messy. And uh my mouth is now full of pasta and my face is also full of pasta, mayonnaise, cream, everything. It’s a really fun experience. Yes. 20. I don’t Is it 20 out of 100? It’s perfect. It’s 100 out of 100. And then a little bit of Dr. Pepper. Yes. Look at that. Dr. Pepper. Dr. Pepper is an American drink, but it’s also you can find it in Japan. I don’t think many Japanese people are familiar with Dr. Pepper, but if you look closely in the supermarkets, you will find it. Big supermarkets. So, try it next time if you find it in the supermarket. Wow, look at that Dr. Pepper. It’s nice soda. It’s good for lunch or dinner. Thumbs up. And then I finally taking my final or last bites. I really enjoyed eating the pasta. Look at that. Creamy. It’s messy, creamy, full of vegetables. The inino is nice. I’m going to eat it and finish everything. I cleaned the plate. It was a beautiful experience and it’s all cheap, homemade, nothing fancy. Everyone can do it. 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 8 out of uh 100. No, it’s 100 out of 100. I made a mistake. Okay, it’s perfect score for this pasta. I finished drinking the Dr. pepper. I’m full. I’m happy. The pasta was amazing. And yes, I’m saluting. I’m saluting myself for making this pasta. And then it’s dessert time. You already know we are ending with a Japanese custard pudding. Creamy, light, and the perfect way to cool down after a savory spicy pasta. If you’ve never had pudding, add it to your list. It’s the perfect easy Japanese dessert after a homecooked meal. It’s delicious. It’s soft. It’s smooth. It’s creamy. I can probably eat 100 of them in one day. 50 for lunch and 50 for dinner. Yes, I know. It’s that delicious. And the thing is they are very small. The size is small. So I probably need 10,000 of them every day. They are delicious. And I probably I think I ate it in less than 1 minute to be honest. It was so good. Amazing. Perfect.
