The Orbifolia, which was also not doing well, is finally about to put out new leaves. I went to the flower shop on the way out for work. I bought an Enkianthus campanulatus. Since I got my cat, I’ve tried not to display branches or flowers, but recently I suddenly realized that my Uni doesn’t do anything. He’s not interested in plants, and he doesn’t do anything with houseplants. As expected, he smelled it and checked it, but he went somewhere without doing anything. It’s beautiful. I’ll make some coffee and work. I bought iced coffee at Costco. Wow. When I put the pruned Umbellata in water, roots came out. I’ll plant it in soil in a little while. I’ll concentrate. It’s already evening. My daughter said she’s hungry, so we’ll have a banana snack. I’ll have one too. I’ll have honey yogurt. My daughter has a fancy chocolate banana. Is it done? Yes. A while ago, I redesigned the storage under the induction stove and made it stand from end to end. Vermicular’s Yukihira pot “Yukihira” has joined the lineup. They sent it to me as a new product. My daughter who doesn’t like mushrooms prefers a compact size. Grill it in the microwave. Serve while it’s baking. There’s a lot left over just because I don’t have one son. I’ll also put the steamed squid and broccoli in my lunch box tomorrow. I made the minced meat stew yesterday. Thanks to the drop lid, the potatoes don’t fall apart. I poured miso sauce on them, and the foil-wrapped ones with ponzu sauce. Let’s eat, let’s eat. The steamed squid and broccoli are so delicious that I could eat them forever. I’ll make them again. Make sweet and spicy konnyaku. Skim off the scum while dry frying to remove moisture. Sesame oil, sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce. It’s also delicious if you add chili peppers. Done. It’s delicious even without adding dashi. When the konnyaku is shiny, it’s done. For the main course, I’ll make pork and asparagus stir-fried with lemon. I forgot to coat the pork belly with potato starch. I realized this at the time, but it was too late. I stir-fried the prepared asparagus together with it, and added sake, lemon juice, chicken stock powder, salt, and black pepper. Top with black pepper and lemon and it’s done. Kenchinjiru soup with lots of ingredients. The seasoning is simple, so you can taste the ingredients and it was delicious. Let’s eat, let’s eat. My mother is coming to visit today, so I’ll make some rice with seasoning. Burdock . Green onion. Ginger, chicken thighs. Water, light soy sauce, sake. Put the chicken in and put a lid on.
