Thank you for stopping by today ^^ In this video, I’m going to cook the products I bought last time. So, a total of 25 dishes! ~START~ First, I’ll prepare the spinach and Swiss chard. I ‘m going to make a salad with the spinach and Swiss chard. It’s a colorful vegetable that will cheer you up with your eyes♪ I’ll boil it in water with a little salt . The Swiss chard stems can be easily split by hand. I’ll use it in my lunch box the next day, so I’ll squeeze out the water and store it. I’ve been hooked on spinach salad for the past few months, and it’s a delicious udon soup base. In the cold season, I ate it in hot soup, but this time I’ll try eating it cold ^^ I could eat this forever ( *’艸`) This wasn’t in the last video, but broad beans are in season now. I’m going to get a boost of energy with a cute Moomin dish! These are actually red broad beans♪ They’re a little small and look like red beans, but they taste delicious. The broad bean skin is soft, so I’ll cook them as they are with rice . I worked leisurely while watching YouTube . There were some green ones mixed in. A beautiful contrast. For dinner, I made meat and potatoes with new potatoes and new onions. As for the carrots , I used a cutter to cut them into decorative shapes as usual . It’s easy. I know it’s a hassle , but this little step makes the dinner table more festive. I’ve loved crafts since I was little, and I still love doing these kinds of things. It’s so cute♡ I’ll use the leftover udon soup from the dipping sauce. Seasonings of your choice: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sake, 2 tablespoons of mirin, and sugar. 3 tablespoons I’ll leave the bean rice to the rice cooker. Miso soup with new onions, enoki mushrooms, and tofu. Tomato salad. Costco’s truffle sauce goes well with vegetables, so I’ll use that as a dressing. Just add Guérande salt and olive oil. It’s good to have some black pepper too. The color is a little off though (^^; I’ll hide it with parsley…lol. The fruit is the last of the tree-ripened Kiyomi oranges. I’ll also grill some Amaou Atka mackerel , which will probably be the last of these due to the season. Chilled blanched vegetables . I prefer them warm. 😂 I forgot to buy beans, so I added garlic sprouts. lol. Let’s enjoy the broad bean rice, which is like red rice . The next day, From my bento box, I made Chinese food from my frozen savings. I made Swiss chard into namul , boiled eggs in the microwave, and fried live jellyfish with meat. It had a crunchy texture and was very delicious. I used garlic sprouts and red peppers to add color , and I also used zucchini, which I grilled in olive oil . While that was cooking, I made namul with unsalted chicken bones, salted and with lots of sesame seeds . I used Kaldi’s shrimp salt for the zucchini, which is said to be slightly spicy, but it’s quite spicy, so if you don’t like it, be careful (^^; but it was delicious. Hmm… I don’t think the way it’s packed is very good , but well, you get days like that. Okay, have a nice trip. Huh? It feels like it’s on my arm. lol . Okay, I’m having dinner with my partner. Lol, I ended up buying it on impulse🤣 I’m making potato salad with new potatoes . I’m putting the potatoes in the microwave. The main dish is a Wagyu beef lemon steak . I’m preparing some vegetables to go with it . I’m also putting the corn in the microwave. I recently bought this cool fan, which is really good ^^ I bought it for my lunch box, but it has many more uses than I expected, so it’s very useful ♪ The potatoes cool down in no time ^^ It’s great that you can do other things while it’s cooling ♪ I like to crisp up the bacon on the grill with lots of black pepper, dashi, and vinegar ^^ I’ve also been using the automatic cooking pot a lot. I heard that the shrimp bisque in the recipe book is delicious, so I’m going to try making it. I’m surprised that it can be made with cherry shrimp ( ゚Д゚) Once you put all the ingredients in, you can just leave it alone ♪ Finishing the potato salad ~ Now let’s grill the meat! I took the meat out of the refrigerator about an hour ago. The cooking pot is working hard. I’ll wrap it in foil and let it rest. The soup is done ♪ The rich shrimp aroma is amazing! Steakhouse in Sasebo I bought some lemon steak sauce from Asakura , so I used that to season it and it was done ^ ^ Let’s eat ♪ Oh ♪ It seems he liked the soup ( * ´ 艸 `) This soup is so rich that you wouldn’t believe it was made with sakura shrimp , it tastes just like something from a restaurant ♡ It’s amazing! My husband was very happy with the steak ^^ It’s quite rare for us to have a rare alcoholic drink in our house (・∀・) For lunch on this day, we started with playing with dishes ♪ Lots of cute items ♡ The lunch menu was yakisoba ~ I hollowed out the core of the cabbage and stuffed it with wet kitchen paper, then stored it in Fresh Mama I saw a new way of washing broccoli on TV, so I’m going to try it ! This might be good ♪ I’m going to steam broccoli for salad This is steamed bamboo made in Thailand The basket is so cute ^^ I arranged the fruit in the remaining strawberry Moomin bowl . If you do this, you can slice the kiwi into nice rings ^^ I had some spinach left over, so I made it into soup . A simple and refreshing soup with light soy sauce and salted eggs . I made fried noodles on a hot plate and a salad with sunny lettuce . I’m looking forward to the curry-flavored fried noodles ^^ The noodles are easier to break apart if you warm them up a little in the microwave. The salad is ready, just in time for three servings 😂 It’s done ♪ Let’s eat ^^ My mother-in-law isn’t home, but I made three servings. She says it’s annoying to have ingredients left half-finished, isn’t it? She ate it all up in no time while saying all sorts of things. Lol This was delicious so I want to buy it again♡ After my husband goes out to work, I’m going to treat myself (*’艸’) This ice cream is often ranked in Kaldi’s rankings . Let’s try it! This is! It ‘s too delicious!! Shi♡Ah♡Wa♡Se♡ It’s so delicious that I’ll try a different taste from my husband at night lol By the way, you can eat it as it is without putting it in a bowl ^^ You can tell from the smell of this ice cream that it’s delicious . The plum is also insanely delicious!

My husband suddenly starts saying strange things… Eh, he’s saying melon 🤣 It smells so much like plum, but melon lol Come to think of it, I didn’t show you the package . Anyway, I’m happy to have found such a delicious ice cream (*’艸’) I only had 30 minutes so I couldn’t take a picture, but the next day’s dinner was teriyaki chicken, grilled young corn salad, and miso soup with new potatoes and new onions . My favorite way to eat young corn. Butter soy sauce♡ For dinner the next day, my husband, who is working long hours, said he wanted something he could eat quickly in between work, so for the main course I made beef bowl from my frozen savings, crab stick and radish salad , rolled omelette, and miso soup . I rubbed some shredded radish with salt and boiled 300ml of water for the miso soup with the leftover vegetables . I forgot to defrost the meat (;゚Д゚) , so I just put it in as is . It tastes better if it’s defrosted . Here I made a serious mistake, and I didn’t realize at all at this point… or rather, it seems I didn’t realize until the end ! I forgot to put onions in the beef bowl – _(:3 」∠)_ ding! Not freezing the onions together with the beef bowl because I wanted them to keep their crunchiness backfired . . Even though I’ve been a housewife for 25 years, this kind of thing happens all the time 😂 Anyway, I’m going to pull myself together and make a dressing using delicious sesame seeds from a sesame specialty store in Yufuin I tried using steak sauce instead of soy sauce and it’s super yummy (*’艸`) I’m going to make rolled omelet 4 eggs, 120ml of dashi stock, 2 tablespoons of sugar It’s a slightly sweet rolled omelet The dashi stock is made by adding water to 1 tablespoon of the usual liquid dashi stock base, so it has just the right amount of saltiness ^^ I think I can make it better when I wake up, don’t you think? There was spinach in the back of the freezer on the second floor… I realized I’d forgotten the onion at this stage It’s no good at this stage 😂 It’s done! Now, I’ll take it to my study Last thing!! If you have delicious spring cabbage, you have to have motsunabe~♡ I eat motsunabe all year round ^^ I published a recipe for motsunabe in vol.12, so I hope you will take a look at that as well ^^ Plenty of cabbage ♪ Put the parboiled offal in the soup and then add a pile of cabbage It’s okay if it turns out like this The tofu is soft plum blossom tofu, so I put it on top of the cabbage so it doesn’t fall apart I also make potato tempura with the flour that I’m really into ^^ This was introduced on the Secret Kenmin Show and is super delicious ^^ It’s super crunchy ♡ One is not enough at all ( *’艸’) What did you think of this packed video I hope you all have lots of delicious food Thank you for watching until the end ^^
