■とろ~り餅入りかきたまスープ
餅…2個
卵…1個
長ネギ…15cm
水…600ml
鶏がらスープの素…大さじ1
しょうゆ…小さじ1
塩・こしょう…少々

①餅を横にスライスする。
②鍋に水、スープの素、しょうゆを入れてあたためる。
③ひと煮立ちしたら、餅、長ネギを入れる。
④再度沸騰したら、溶いた卵を入れる。
⑤仕上がりに塩・こしょうで味を調える。

■餅入りだし巻き卵
餅…2個
卵…3個

【A】
水…50ml
和風顆粒だし…小さじ1
しょうゆ…小さじ1/2
砂糖…小さじ1/2

①ボウルに卵を割り入れ【A】を合わせる。
②もちは電子レンジで2分ほど加熱する。
③卵焼き器に油を入れ、ペーパーなどで薄くのばす。①の卵液の1/3量を注ぎ、固まってきたら②のもちを並べる。(大きければ切る)
④手前から奥に巻き、再度油を薄くのばして残りの卵液の半量をそそぎ、同様に巻く。同じことをもう1回繰り返す。

■納豆餅
餅…2個
長ネギ…1本
赤糸唐辛子…適量
白いりゴマ…小さじ1
【A】
しょうゆ…小さじ1
酒…小さじ1
塩・こしょう…少々

①餅は細長く切る。
②トースターで焼く。
③長ネギは斜め切りにし、耐熱容器に入れる。【A】を合わせ入れてふんわりラップをし電子レンジ600Wで2分半加熱する。
④③に②の餅を入れ混ぜる。
⑤仕上がりに糸唐辛子、ごまを振る。
