The entrance on the first floor of the hotel is on the back side when viewed from here. I would like to visit “Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minato Mirai Premier”! This time, I purposely went from the Minato Mirai Station side, but I think it would be easier to walk if you come from Sakuragicho Station via the pedestrian deck. This is the elevator hall on the first floor. It seems that the deep sea is the image. The lobby is on the 20th floor. Let’s head to the reception while feeling the wonderful scent. The lobby floor is bright and bright with plenty of tall windows. After completing the check-in process, grab the necessary amenities from the amenity corner located right next to the reception. I arrived at the 22nd floor, where the room I was assigned this time was. It has a bright and calming atmosphere, with plenty of wood-grained walls. Room 2251, which I was assigned this time. It looks like you can spend a relaxing time while looking at the night view of Yokohama. I don’t like alcohol so I don’t know the details, but it seems like they have a wide variety of alcohol. I’m heading to the breakfast venue! Take your breakfast ticket with you and head to the hotel restaurant on the lobby floor. Mitsui Garden Hotel’s motto is “Breakfast to look forward to.” Expectations are high. Go to the buffet table immediately! First, there’s the fruit corner. Grapefruit, lychee, pineapple, banana, grape, orange. Smoked salmon, prosciutto, mortadella, and cheese. Salad corner. Potato salad, green beans, cucumbers, corn, and sunny lettuce. Crispy bacon, croutons, and fried onions. Trevis, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, radishes. Apparently they use “Hadano Yasai” from Kanagawa. Three types of dressing were available. Various sweets. I love that they are all one bite size. Panna cotta. And next to it… So much bread! Croissants, rolls, pain au raisin, custard crowns, etc. Bread companions such as butter, jam, and olive oil. Authentic mapo tofu that is quite spicy. This was a hamburger. It was delicious! Pasta made with Shonan whitebait and raw seaweed from Lake Hamana. Baked with herbal breadcrumbs using Kanagawa broccoli. French fries with skin. Fritto made with Miura radish. Scrambled eggs made with soy milk and egg yolk. Shrimp Shumai. Meat shumai. 2 types of sausages. Homemade roast pork and bacon from Kanagawa. Roast pork is thick and juicy. something boiled. Is this wheat gluten? Sardine tsukudani. Grilled salmon. It’s big. Chikuzen-ni. I love that it has a lot of taro! Of course, there is also my favorite natto! Accompanying rice such as nametake mushrooms, furikake, and pickled plums. corn potage. I’m also happy about this! Miso soup and ingredients. The ingredients were seaweed, tofu, and rolled gluten. The rice was Koshihikari from Ibaraki. Drink corner. Detox water, apple juice, etc. are lined up. A smoothie made with banana and soy milk, and next to it is soy milk. There are also corn flakes. These are the meals we brought from the buffet table. Unusually, there is no salad…! Accompanying the rice are sesame kelp and seaweed tsukudani, furikake, and nametake mushrooms. Of course I brought miso soup too!
