butternut and caramelized onions quiche with garden herbs and weeds +spinach
cooked butternut and onions in a pan or roasted
add greens from the garden into dish for oven with grated cheese and
few eggs whisked with bit of milk on top,
salt and pepper to taste
bake in a hot oven I baked mine about 210°C 30-60 Min till firm I lower the heat sometimes if necessary halfway through.
