It’s gonna be juicy, smoky, cheesy, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Paris really is a foodie’s paradise! Let’s go eat our way though Paris. Mino, peace be upon you. How are you? Rechta with Chicken exactly Chakchouka Chakchouka of Msemen? Yes, Msemen. In Morocco, it is called Rfissa. We have Usban. this is a very delicious traditional food. 100% Algerian maybe you know it? Brick is a classic Algerian pastry stuffed with savory fillings such as tuna, egg, or meat, in this case full of chicken. this is just like Turkish Borek! one of the best I’ve ever tried. outside is so crispy and inside super juicy! Yummy! look at this, looks like Kefta Tajin with French fries. tender meatball simmered in a rich garlic sauce so it has the bold, garlicky flavor. it’s very similar to Moroccan Kefta Tajin. but there is something different. because there’s no tomato in it. It’s hearty, comforting, and usually served with warm bread to soak up every drop of that delicious sauce. oh look at this. this is one of my favorite skewers, liver wrapped in cold fat. the outside is buttery and the inside has an almost sweet flavor that only fresh liver can give. liver wrapped with lace fat. it just like Moroccan Boulfaf! Rechta Oh Algerian noodles exactly oh sauce Pumpkin with radish I haven’t been to Algeria yet, but today, I’m finally starting to get a taste of its flavors! Bio Chicken Bio so tender! This is the second most delicious noodle dish in the world. Who is the best? Japan Not Korea? He made it, everything is made in Panade. with nuts it’s like hazelnuts. exactly This is Panade with cream, vanilla is from Madagascar and apricot. this one you must cut with a knife. you can see the vanilla. for me this apricot one is a masterpiece. Amazing! the best combination of crunchy pastry, sour apricot and creamy sweet vanilla cream. Crème pa brûlée Crème brûlée is baked on top, but this is not. Then they pile fresh salad veggies on top and sprinkle it with sumac and chili peppers. enjoy your meal! Ayran, one of my favorite drinks! it’s slightly salty and super creamy! so refreshing. oh let me try Adana dürüm first. it’s very smoky from the first bite. I’ve had a lot of charcoal grilled food in Paris. but Turkish people really know how to bring out that deep smoky flavor. and this is Turkish pizza Lahmacun. with homemade garlic dip The thin, moist Lahmajun, topped with creamy garlic sauce, come together for a bite of happiness! Thank you. Kaymak with pistachios oh with Kaymak? Yes, very delicious! if you come to Turkish restaurant you should try Kunefe with Turkish tea. oh look at this super cheesy Kunafe! I love this sweet crispy Kunafe with creamy sweet Kaymak. Peace be upon you. how are you? A little bit of hot sauce the combination of smoky tender lamb fragrant basmati rice, and spicy chili sauce is like a trip to the old city of Yemen. it’s really nice with the combination of rice and lamb. perfect yeah it’s perfect yeah this is authentic original 100% Yemeni Madfouna! actually my last visit Paris, it was like 13 years ago it was not easy to find halal food. only kebab and certain kind of food. but these days African, Asian food, all kind of food you can find as halal so easy. you know in France now there’s 6 million people are muslim. that’s why! wow 6 million? 6 million in all of France you can eat everything as halal. Thank God. Paris’s rich food culture is deeply connected to its Muslim communities.
