Recently, there have been hot days and cold days in Tokyo. The daily temperature difference is large, so it is important to be careful of changes in your physical condition. Today’s main dish is sandwich that everyone likes to eat. The Very Hungry Kitchen is open for today. Potato potage
・Baron potatoes ・Onion・Butter ・Milk・Homemade chicken extract ・Salt・Parsley
I’ll make potage using new potatoes. Finely chop the parsley for topping. Use only the leaves.
Finely chop. Onions are essential for potage. Slice them as thinly as possible. Slice them as thinly as possible.

You can adjust the thickness by reducing it to your liking. Put it in a bowl. Sprinkle some chopped parsley and it’s done. Chicken nuggets and french fries
・Baron potatoes・Flour・Rice oil・Salt
I’ll make french fries as a side dish. Cut into wedges. Soak in water for at least 30 minutes to dissolve the starch. Chicken nuggets
・Ground chicken (breast:thigh 1:1)・Eggs・Salt・Soy sauce・Sake・Black pepper・Garlic powder・Flour・Potato starch・Ketchup

Seasoned Chicken

(It’s ok not removing) Poke it with a fork so the seasoning can soak in. Put it in a ziplock bag and add the seasonings. Mentsuyu (thick enough to eat with noodles), olive oil, Salt, coarsely ground black pepper, garlic. Remove the air and close tightly. Rub in the seasoning. Then put it in the fridge and let it marinate for at least an hour. After boiling the water, put in a ziplock bag. Boil for at least 2 minutes while it is boiling. Turn off the heat, cover, and cook with residual heat for at least 1 hour. Done. The flavor of the chicken has dissolved into the seasoning liquid, so freeze it for storage. Cut the seasoned chicken. Done. I’ll use 7 types of ingredients, so prepare them one by one.
Next is green leaf lettuce. I’ll will use the green part. Cut it to a size that fits the bread. Soak it in water to make it crisp. Tomatoes are essential for sandwiches.
Cut the tomatoes into round slices. If it’s hard to cut, stab them with the tip of a knife to make it easier. Omelette

Make the omelette. Put the eggs, salt, sugar, and milk in a bowl and mix well. Add rice oil to the omelette pan.
(Vegetable oil is also fine.) Fry the omelette. I’ll use it as a filling for the clubhouse sandwich, so brown it and fry it. Done. It’s too big like this, so cut it to the size of the filling you want to put in. Finished. Next, I’ll cook the bacon. Once it’s browned, flip it over. Flip it over a few times to prevent it from burning. If oil comes out, wipe it off with kitchen paper. Don’t overcook it. Once it’s browned, it’s done. Put it in a tray to let it cool. The bacon is done. Cut the onion into rings and cook it in a frying pan to brown it. Add rice oil to the frying pan.

Place onion, tomato, and green leaf lettuce. Then, put plenty of Aurora sauce on top. Finally, put the buttered bread on top once you put the omelet on top and it’s done.
