和風ハンバーグの作り方🍔 さっぱりポン酢と大根おろしで絶品に!
Hello everyone, this is Wee Today, we’re making “Juicy yet Light! Japanese-Style Hamburg Steak” Using ground meat and Japanese seasonings, this recipe is easy to make at home and absolutely delicious The grated daikon and ponzu sauce add a refreshing touch! Let’s cook together Here are the ingredients we’ll be using bread crumbs 125g ground meat mix Add both pork and beef, totaling 125g. Shiso and grated radish Appropriate amount is okay For the onion, we’ll use 1/8 of it 1 butter and 1 egg The egg measurement is actually half but since it’s a hassle, I’ll just use the whole egg. Additionally, we need milk, Soy sauce Mirin, cooking sake, And ponzu That’s all! Look at this! It’s magic—ta-da! First, finely chop the onion. For those who are not fond of spiciness, soak the finely chopped onion in water for about 15 minutes. In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, onion egg milk, salt and pepper then mix well. Mix well until it becomes sticky. Alright, this is good! Now, divide the ground meat into 2 portions. Form the hamburger into an oval shape, making a small indentation in the center. Do the same with the other piece— shape it into an oval and create a slight depression in the center. Alright, it’s done! It looks like this. Now, let’s start cooking! Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook until browned. Once it’s browned, flip it over, add 3 tablespoons of water, cover the pan, and let it steam for about five minutes. Once cooked through, remove them and transfer to a plate. Now, let’s make the sauce in the same frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking sake, 1 tablespoon of mirin, 3 tablespoons of ponzu, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1 cube of butter about 8g of butter. Simmer on low heat until it reduces. Yeah Once it has reduced a bit, it’s good! Now, let’s finish it up. Place the hamburger, Top with perilla leaves, and grated daikon Pour the sauce over the top. Finally, finely chop some green onions or perilla leaves and sprinkle them on top. And it’s done! Tada ~ Then let’s dig in Hohohoho everyone! How about some natto?
