【Recipe of Mustard vinegar miso source】
・White miso   2Tbsp
・Sugar    1.5Tbsp
・Vinegar    1Tbsp
・Japanese mustard tube (about 2 cm)
◎Mix the above ingredients well
( ※Add more sugar and mustard if you want!)

【からし酢味噌のレシピ】
・白味噌       大2
・砂糖         大1と1/2
・酢          大1
・ねり辛子(チューブ辛子なら約2cm)
◎上記の材料をよく混ぜ合わせる
(※必要に応じて砂糖と辛子を追加してください!)

  1. Wow, why you didn't take Sashimi before. Sashimi is very Japanese food you should have introduced. Actually quality of Sashimi food is depending on the fresh materials but you can share our regional and traditional food here.

  2. I didn’t know it took so much work to make the radish garnish. I like to eat it at the end of the meal, but I don’t think I’d have the patience to make it that way.
