コストコ購入品と2日間の朝昼晩ご飯/豚こま肉とホタテ貝の簡単時短レシピ/ふたり暮らしVLOG
I finished work early so I went to Costco. I bought what I wanted, so I’m going home now. It was empty on weekdays, so I was able to relax and shop. Now, I will introduce each item I purchased one by one. I’d like to take a breather, but I’ll do a quick tidying up before the break. I ran out of nuts so I bought some almonds. When I bought salted food for the first time in a while, it felt a little salty. These almonds are dry-roasted and do not contain any oil, so they are healthy and refreshing to eat. I also bought ketchup because I was running out of it. The taste varies depending on the country of origin, but this one was from America. It has a slight sweetness, low acidity and is easy to eat. It’s not a Costco product, but the balsamic sauce tasted like BBQ sauce. The cherry blossom design has appeared again this year🌸. A light coffee with a spring-like taste. A cute baby kiwi. Since they are perishable, they should be washed and stored so that they can be eaten immediately. Crab sticks made from 100% pollack, which is very popular. Looks just like a crab! lol. Divide it into small pieces so you can use it right away. A little air will get in, but it’s sealed. Write the name of the ingredients and the expiration date on the lid. Fresh scallops that can be eaten as sashimi. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 to 15 minutes to remove the smell. Pickle half in soy sauce. 12 scallops 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon mirin 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil. Just a little bit of miso pickle. 8 scallops 25g miso 1 tablespoon mirin 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce. If you marinate it in miso, it will last for about 5 days. I’m looking forward to eating it now. The pork this time is from Mugikomachi, a domestic brand. Sprinkling alcohol on the meat and giving it a gentle rub will soften the meat and remove the smell. For refrigerating, divide into 200g portions for ease of use. The rest will be seasoned and frozen. The first one is for ginger grilling. 500g of pork, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of sake. The second one is for pork chap. 500g pork sesame meat 4 tablespoons ketchup 2 teaspoons vinegar 1 teaspoon honey. (The taste was bland, so I added some sauce when I baked it). I usually freeze vegetables along with the meat, but this time I added the vegetables when I defrosted the meat and stir-fried it. All subdivision work is now complete! . This is the break time I was looking forward to. Today’s snack is this round pudding🍨. These Hokkaido sweets are popular at Costco. Since I’m hungry, I added a banana. berry sauce. It’s chewy and has a rich chocolate flavor! ! . However, I think the classic milk flavor is my favorite. NEXT MORNING. Longanisa is a famous Filipino breakfast. I usually thaw it before baking, but I wanted to use only half of it, so I steam-baked it while still frozen. I forgot to cut it before baking, so I cut it while baking… It’s been a huge disaster since the morning…bitter smile. For the rice, I cooked Thai rice that I bought at Costco. Add baby kiwi, which is rich in vitamins. The Filipino breakfast is ready. First, I had a bite of longanisa for the first time in a while. It’s quite addictive, but it’s still delicious! . It has a unique taste, similar to sweet intestines, and once you get hooked, you’ll find yourself craving it from time to time. The sweet baby kiwi was perfect for refreshing the palate. If you pour meat fat down the drain, it will clog the drain, so wipe it off with an oil-absorbing sheet before washing. Wash your dirty clothes and make them completely clean. For lunch, I was looking forward to the scallops pickled in soy sauce. Defrost the crab sticks and use them in salads. This crab stick was as delicious as rumored! . 1/2 cabbage 1/2 purple onion 2 crab sticks 1.5 teaspoons of chicken stock 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise Salt and pepper as needed. All you have to do is add the scallops and it’s done. I took the opportunity to top it with egg yolk. Use the leftover egg whites to make radish and carrot soup. A slightly more luxurious lunch than usual is ready. Thick scallops💛. The sweetness of the scallops and the saltiness of the soy sauce are exquisite, giving it a different taste than sashimi. The crab stick salad was also delicious. I also use a shop towel to clean up after a meal, which also serves as an exercise. These paper towels are loved by professionals when it comes to car maintenance. I like it because it’s soft and comfortable to use. It absorbs oil well, so I use it for cleaning the kitchen. I was able to remove dirt from small areas. There are no fibers left behind, so you can wipe mirrors and windows with them to make them shine. Another great feature is that it can be washed and used repeatedly. I’ll make dinner. The menu is stir-fried pork sesame with garlic and dried daikon radish salad. Add cucumber and tuna to dried daikon radish rehydrated in hot water. 50g of dried radish 1 cucumber 1 can of tuna 1 tablespoon of mentsuyu 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon of white sesame seeds. The miso soup was made with cabbage and wakame that I had in the fridge. When I was looking for a recipe for stir-fried pork and sesame seeds with garlic, I came across an unusual recipe that included vinegar, so I decided to try it. A little salt and pepper and 1 tablespoon of potato starch. I tried using the homemade garlic paste I had made before, but it turned brown for some reason, so I gave up. 400g of pork, 1 bag of garlic buds, 6 to 7 pieces of garlic, 1 tablespoon of potato starch, 2.5 teaspoons of chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of mentsuyu, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar. Stir-fry with sesame oil, mix with the sauce, and it’s done. The garlic stir-fry of pork sesame seeds and garlic sprouts is complete. The garlic stir-fry with vinegar, which I was interested in, has a slight vinegar taste and is refreshing and delicious. The crunchy texture of the dried daikon radish salad is addictive. This is the first flour mix I bought for waffles. Fortunately, there are very few additives. Since this is my first time eating it, I will try making it according to the recipe on the package. 200g of mixed powder, 240ml of milk. It can be made with just milk, so it seems easy to use. I baked it in a waffle maker for 3-4 minutes. Only 4 waffles were baked, so I hurriedly added more batter. The second time I tried it, I tried matcha flavor. It’s grated apple in a pouch. I like it because the only ingredient is apples and no sugar, so you can enjoy the natural taste of apples. Cute stick-shaped waffles✨. The taste is more like a pancake than a waffle. It’s not too sweet, so I enjoyed it in a variety of ways. The matcha flavor was also delicious. Freeze leftover waffles so you can eat them anytime. My favorite frozen pizza for lunch. It came in this box, but it’s too big to fit in my freezer. The diameter is 28cm. Arrange it with half-boiled eggs, oregano, and mayonnaise. Crackers made with 40% whole grain oats. Parmesan cheese flavor goes well with cream cheese. The walnut flavor goes well with fruit and yogurt. My favorite cream cheese that I fell in love with once I tried it. I prepared the salad and instant soup I made yesterday, and the pizza was baked. Simple tomato sauce on fluffy pizza dough. It’s delicious and full of cheese. A pizza made randomly with boiled eggs that was in the refrigerator, I was surprised that it was more delicious than I expected! . Excellent cream cheese that is as rich and soft as ever! . Today’s post-meal exercise was making pound cake☺. When I suddenly feel like making something, I make it with whatever materials I have at home. Waffle mix 200g Avocado oil 50g (instead of butter) Apple sauce 2 pieces (90g x 2 pieces) 2 tea bags. Approximately 40 minutes at 180℃ (with preheating). Check doneness. It’s burnt inside. It was too hard, so I probably could have added an egg to it. I forgot to add sugar to the batter, so I made cream cheese frosting. Nice aroma of apples and black tea. It was light and easy to eat because it didn’t contain butter or dairy products. Cutting vegetables for sweet and sour pork. I made it so that it cooks easily so I don’t have to fry it. We also use pork racks, where the meat cooks quickly. I added cheese, but it would also be delicious with rice cake. Sprinkle with potato starch to coat with the sauce. 3 tablespoons vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons alcohol. Scallops marinated in miso for 3 days. Bake with vegetables. I soaked magnolia leaves in water. I bought it a year ago and the day has finally come to use it lol. Top with scallops and vegetables and steam-fry. Grill the sweet and sour pork. Today’s miso soup is shiitake mushrooms and green onions. Once the meat is cooked, add the vegetables, the sauce and the potato starch dissolved in water and it’s done. The scallops were also grilled. Dinner is ready. The sweet and sour pork sauce had just the right amount of sweet and sourness, and the meat with cheese was a hit with my husband! . I couldn’t feel the aroma of the leaves in the grilled magnolia leaves, but the scallops soaked in miso were amazing! .

海外のフルーツ、野菜、お肉などは腐らないように農薬をかけて日本に入ってきています。重曹で洗わないと危ないですよ。コストコは一度も購入はした事はないです。スターバックスも一度しか食していません。やはり危険なのを知っているので。

お聞きしたいことが3点ほどありまして、
豚こま肉の小分け作業の時に使われていた、オープンペーパーは、冷凍にも使えるようなのですが、キッチンペーパーのことですか?
他にも、どんな使い方してますか?
また、オープンペーパーで包んだ豚肉を入れていたタッパーや、オープンペーパーはどこで購入できますか?
長々とすみません、いつも使われている容器や調理器具が気になっていて、、教えてください。
お料理上手な奥さんのご主人はやはり幸せです。帰宅する楽しみがやはり違うと思います。
見ていて幸せな家庭のモデルのようでホッコリします。
そして買ってきた物の対処法も料理方法もとても参考になります。
