つるっと喉越しが良く、風邪で喉が痛い時や食欲のない時にも美味しくいただけます。
今回は餡を少なくして、上品に京都のお菓子の八つ橋のように三角形にしました。
離乳食として1歳過ぎの赤ちゃんも食べられます(薄味、薬味なし)。

・むき海老 500gくらい
・長ネギ 6㎝くらい(半分はスープ用)
・生姜 薄切り4~5枚(半分はスープ用)

★スープ
・鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1,5
・醤油 小さじ1
・料理酒 大さじ1
・水 3500ml
・小ネギ 適量
