【1週間のお弁当】息子と娘に作る6日間のお弁当記録🍱

Day 1 I woke up at 6am again today to make my lunch. Day 1 I prepared boiled eggs in an egg steamer. I cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. I ran out of rice today, so I made a bread lunch. I defrosted some frozen shrimp from Costco. I started by frying the chicken thighs. I added salt and pepper and cooked them well to make teriyaki chicken. I added sake, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar and boiled them down until they were shiny. I added olive oil and cooked the defrosted shrimp. I sprinkled the pepper mix in – if I cooked it too long it would harden, so I quickly mashed the boiled eggs until they were shiny. I’m making egg sandwiches today 🥖 Salt, pepper, grain mustard, mayonnaise The ingredients are ready Wipe the moisture off the lettuce thoroughly and stuff the bread with eggs I’ll put some lettuce here Arrange three shrimp on each side of the egg sandwich Arrange teriyaki chicken on the lettuce side Sprinkle parsley on the shrimp Sprinkle sesame seeds on the teriyaki chicken and finish Wrap it in the delicious wrap I’ll put the bread on and bring the wrap to the back so that the ingredients look nice I want to eat shrimp and egg. I should have made more Wrapping finished 🦐 While I was making it, I was thinking about what to do with the lunch box, and I found a bag that was just right in the drawer If you search for 🔎 greaseproof paper food wrapping bag on the internet, you’ll find something similar 🤳 Put it at the top of your bag or it will get crushed 💁‍♀️ I told them, ” Do your best at school today too~ Buttered toast for breakfast I sent the kids off and Ritz time I’m in a good mood after eating breakfast I won’t walk on manholes or nets. Ritz’s morning activity , day 2. I woke up at 6am again today to make lunch boxes. Today ‘s main dish is eggplant. I usually wrap it with pork but I have some beef today so I’ll make it into a beef wrap. The defrosted beef is long so I’ll cut it in half and wrap it around the eggplant . Finished! I love this kind of work and can do it forever.No matter how you look at it, it won’t all fit in the bento.Cut the yam to 1cm widths and cut the sausages diagonally.Preheat the omelet frying pan.3 eggs, 1 tablespoon each of white dashi stock and water.The ingredients are ready.Fry the yam slowly over low heat.Season with Irodori.Fry the omelet next to it.As you asked, the egg pan is Vermicular.It cooks nice and fluffy and the corner at the front makes it easy to shape.I love it.The buttered toast I bake with this is also delicious and I eat it 3 times a week.🍞The omelet is done.Fry the sausages well and remove them.Preheat the frying pan for wrapping meat.Add butter to the yam that has been cooked on both sides and mix well as it melts.For the main dish, wrap the eggplant in beef and cook with the end of the roll facing down.Today , it was hard to see the end of the roll so I just did it… sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and roll it to cook all over.Pour on the last bit of yakiniku sauce that was left over.I’ve been dribbling around at my feet since morning. Today is also cute. It ‘s well-cooked. I sprinkled sesame seeds on it to finish it off. I put shiso leaves on the dividers and started with the filling, starting with the omelette. I put three sauteed yam pieces on top of the shiso leaves and thought about where to put them … I put some sausages in the gaps between the meat rolls and the cherry tomatoes, put a leaf pick in them, and sprinkle yukari on the rice to finish it. Dinner was Japanese food, mackerel simmered in miso and salted meat and potatoes 🥢 Day 3 I fell asleep in the morning… Day 3 I seasoned the chicken I fried while half asleep with paprika oyster sauce. I packed the omelette I made before I knew it, so I overslept today. A big oversleep is when you wake up and no one is there 🤫 Today’s side dish that paprika played an active role in. The marinated purple cabbage and sesame-dressed spinach I made yesterday were a big hit. I was nice yesterday! I stuffed some sausages into the gaps and sprinkled salmon on the rice to finish it. Oyster stir-fry lunch box with chicken and paprika. And today, the cheer leader is at my feet again 🦉 It’s still cold in the morning. Staying warm with a Ritz CairoDay 4I managed to wake up at 6am todayI boiled an egg in a pot today (just for fun)Day 4I have some leftover chicken tempura from yesterday, so I’m going to turn it into chicken nanbanFirst I’ll make the chikuwa cucumberCut the cucumber to fit into the chikuwaThe cucumber was so big that the chikuwa split 😳Cut it in half and cut it diagonallyI love chikuwa cucumbers, they’re so tastyYou can have as many as you want with mayonnaise 🥒Mix vinegar, soy sauce and sugar together and the sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nanban is readyFry the sausages and bacon for breakfast, put the sweet and sour sauce on the stove and simmer while it reducesI’ll reheat the chicken while I prepare the tartar sauce for toppingPeel the boiled eggs and turn them smoothlyI’m in a good mood from the morningMash them with a masherSalt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise and vinegarI’ve also chopped the remaining cucumbersTartar sauce is readyIs it warming up ? Cut into bite-sized pieces, mix with sauce, and boil quickly to finish. Absolutely delicious with Ritz I like this clear cup, but it’s sad that they haven’t been selling smaller sizes recently. Pack the chicken tightly, add chikuwa cucumber, and fill in the gaps with sausages. The marinated purple cabbage is for color. Pour lots of tartar sauce on top of the tartar sauce, sprinkle parsley on top, and sprinkle sesame seeds on the rice to finish off the chicken nanban bento. The colors were nice today and it turned out great. I prepared tomorrow’s bento the night before. Soak the breadcrumbs in milk and chop the onions finely . I don’t really trust myself in the morning, so it’s reassuring to prepare things the night before. Before going to bed, I prayed to God that I’d be able to wake up tomorrow 🙏. I was thinking of making hamburger steak, but I had a lot of peppers, so I decided to stuff them with meat. I cut the peppers into thirds, washed them well, drained the water, added breadcrumbs and one egg , salt, pepper, and nutmeg , and kneaded them at high speed… I put the peppers in a bag with potato starch and shake it. When the potato starch is all over the peppers, I’ll stuff them with the filling. First step is complete. The meat will shrink when baked, so if you stuff it with enough meat to stick out a little more than the peppers, the end result will be nice. Wrap the remaining meat filling and freeze it. Peppers stuffed with meat are complete. Wrap it and wait in the fridge until morning. Zzz Day 5: A relaxed morning after preparing in advance. Day 5: Find a peeler, peel the potatoes, cut them into bite-sized pieces, and rinse them in water. The bacon to be fried together will also be bite-sized. Cut the sausage in half and make three cuts to make a flower shape . 3 eggs . I bought some light soy sauce that I had run out of . I mixed 1.5 teaspoons each of sugar and light soy sauce with a little Hon Dashi and started by frying the omelet. Today is the first voice training day in a while (still going on) from the afternoon. The song we’re assigned to this time is Precious ✨ I’ll believe in it, but that song is really difficult, my teacher said. He’s really good at Ballad, and I’ve started to like him a bit too , it’s strange because I used to dislike him a lot 😳 Finally, turn the heat to very low to shape it and the omelet is finished. I also prepare a frying pan to cook the stuffed meat. I fry the sausages cut into flowers and then fry the main stuffed peppers. I remove the cooked sausages and fry the bacon as well. I add the potatoes that I’ve warmed in the microwave and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Once they’ve browned, I flip them over and sprinkle some Irodori on top – it has a consomme-like flavour and is delicious on anything. I mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and water sauce together while reducing them, and the side dish is complete. I cut the omelet and the edges are mine. Line up the side dish cups and fill them with omelette. Place one base for the stuffed peppers on the bottom and arrange the ones that look good on top. Put the potatoes in a small side dish cup and fill the gaps with the marinated purple cabbage that was a big hit this week. Finally, add sausages and tomatoes to cleanse your palate and sprinkle sesame seeds to complete the stuffed peppers bento 🫑 No furikake today (I forgot) I prepared it and went to voice training after hair removal. I also practiced before the lesson and bought milk tea to drink with the perfect teacher ❤️❤️ Day 6 Friday. This week’s last bento day 6 Today I’m going to make fried rice with salmon from Costco. I’m going to leave the salmon to the grill. I’m going to clean up while waiting for the salmon… oh no, I forgot to turn on the dishwasher. I used up all the paprika left in the vegetable drawer and I feel a sense of accomplishment that I didn’t go shopping this week and made everything with what I had in the fridge 🤤 I have to go shopping on the weekend. 3 leftover wieners, cut to the same size as paprika, warmed up frozen rice, salmon has just finished cooking, so I’ll put it in fried rice, so I’ll shred it, check if there are any bones, add 2 eggs, pour in sesame oil, put the eggs in, push it to the side, and put the warmed rice, add the shredded salmon, and sprinkle the chicken carcasses, make a hole in the middle , reduce the soy sauce a little, add lots of green onions , add sesame seeds , finish with sesame oil , prepare the next frying pan , sprinkle the pepper that I forgot to put in, stir fry the wieners , add paprika, ketchup, gochujang, mirin, tastes like something I had at a Korean restaurant. Sweet and spicy, delicious, today’s presentation is easy, arrange the salmon to look good, and make the leftover sukiyaki-style stew from yesterday, which was quite delicious and well-received, fill the last gap with marinated purple cabbage, and the salmon fried rice bento is complete. I have fried rice or rice bowls once a week 😁 On Fridays, I feel relieved when I finish making bento. 😮‍💨 I’ll sleep without an alarm tomorrow , and the day after tomorrow , I’ll be thinking about what to make for lunch tomorrow .
