    【材料 食いしん坊2人分】

    ・バリラ スパゲッティ1.6mm 300g
    ・たまねぎ 1/4個
    ・ベーコン 100g
    ・にんにく 2片
    ・白ワイン 大さじ2
    ・ペコリーノチーズ 好きなだけ
    ・塩 適量
    ・黒胡椒 適量
    ・EXVオリーブオイル 大さじ2

    【手順】

    ① たまねぎはみじん切り、ベーコンは2mm幅にカット、にんにくをつぶして皮を剥いて芯を取る、イタリアンパセリは粗みじん
    ② フライパンにオリーブオイル、にんにくと唐辛子を入れて弱火で加熱し、きつね色になったらフライパンから外しておく
    ③ たまねぎとベーコンを炒め、たまねぎが透明になったらミックスきのこを加えて炒める
    ④ 白ワイン大さじ2を加える
    ⑤ にんにくと唐辛子をフライパンに戻す
    ⑥ 1%の塩水を用意し、沸騰したらパスタを表示時間より1分短く茹でる
    ⑦ パスタが茹で上がる1分前になったら茹で汁150ccをフライパンに加える
    ⑧ イタリアンパセリを加えてあえるように混ぜ、お皿に盛り付ける
    ⑨ 仕上げにイタリアンパセリ(分量外)と黒コショウ、チーズを振りかける
