In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of hung curd with salt, turmeric, Kashmiri red chili powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, garam masala, jeera powder, kasuri methi, mustard oil, and ½ tablespoon of water. Combine with the vegetables.

**For the Tikka Masala:**
In a heated pan, add mustard oil, cumin powder, and chopped onion. Sauté, then add ginger and garlic paste. Afterward, add tomato puree and sauté again.
