ナスと挽肉炒め作り方（1/2）
Fried eggplant and minced meat (1/2)
用意する材料：
ナス、豚挽肉、炒め用ごま油、長ネギ、片栗粉、
あらびきガーリック（市販品）、かつおだし（市販品）
Materials to prepare:
Eggplant, minced pork, sesame oil for frying, leek, potato starch,
Araki Garlic (commercially available), Bonito dashi (commercially available)
ナスのヘタを取り、皮を剥かず輪切りにしたら水に浸しておきます。
続いて豚挽肉をごま油で炒めます。過程、あらびきガーリックを加えます。
ナスの水気を拭き取って、フライパンへ入れ、一緒に炒めます。
液体かつおだし（無ければ水溶き粉末ダシに塩と砂糖で代用）で煮ます。
ナスは味が染みるよう、裏表返しながら、約5分程度、煮込んでいきます。
一旦火を止め、冷まします。冷ますとナスにダシの味が浸透します。
Remove the eggplant’s grouper, cut it into slices, and soak it in water.
Then fry the minced pork with sesame oil. Process, add the garlic.
Wipe off the eggplant, put it in a frying pan and fry together.
Simmer in liquid bonito stock (or salt and sugar instead of water-soluble powdered dashi).
Eggplant is simmered for about 5 minutes, turning over so that the taste will permeate.
Turn off the heat and let it cool. When it cools, the eggplant taste will permeate the eggplant.
