    Hey y’all, let’s make some coleslaw. We’re going to start off with our wet ingredients. We are adding one cup of mayonnaise to a mediumsized bowl, 1/4 cup of sweet pickle juice, 1/4 cup of white vinegar, 2 tsp of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Next, you’re going to add one tablespoon of sweet pickle relish to your mix. Now, once you’ve added all of your ingredients, grab yourself a wire whisk or a big spoon and mix, mix, mix all of your ingredients until well combined. Here I have one small to medium head of cabbage here that I shredded beforehand. Now I’m adding one medium finely chopped onion. You do not have to use all of that onion if you do not like onion or you don’t have to use it at all. Here I have about a half of a cup of finely chopped bell pepper and 1/2 of a cup of shredded carrots. Now mix all of these vegetables together really well. Next, we’re adding our wet ingredients to our cabbage vegetable mix. Once you’ve added that, give that a really good toss around until everything is nice and covered. You can refrigerate this for a little bit or you can serve it right away. Enjoy, y’all.

    ✔️ 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
    ✔️ 1 tsp Salt
    ✔️ ¼ tsp Black Pepper
    ✔️ 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish

    👩‍🍳 How to Make It:
    1️⃣ In a large bowl, whisk together the mayo, sweet pickle juice, white vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and pickle relish
    2️⃣ Add in the shredded cabbage, chopped onion, carrots, and green bell pepper
    3️⃣ Gently toss everything together until evenly coated
    4️⃣ Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or longer for best flavor)
    5️⃣ Give it a good stir before serving and enjoy that creamy crunch!
