爲了不讓味道重複,使用了家裡有的調味料,從和風到西式,不會吃到膩而製作了10道。雖然也有想使用的調味料用完或者中途一直調整調味料的地方,但是請大家以【結論是好吃的就好!】這種輕鬆的心態來看影片喔。

例如鹽和醬油等小匙1的話,鹽分濃度和味道也會因製造商而異。
因此,能夠熟練使用大家經常使用的調味料,才是大家各自擅長做菜的捷徑。
有點鹹,有點太甜了,太淡了……這樣的感覺很重要,

想跟你們說,茴香這種植物很有趣,上面綠色像針一樣的葉子,其實是叫 dill (蒔蘿),下面像洋蔥的白色球莖才叫 fennel (茴香)。😁
