I feel like the flavor soaks in better that way. For vermicelli, we recommend using mung bean vermicelli, which has elasticity. Authentic yam wun sen is sweet and spicy, which is also delicious, but I like the seasoning to be less sweet and more sour, so I have modified it a bit. Squeeze a little lime just before eating to bring out the aroma and make it even more delicious. Once mixed well, the sauce is complete. Drain the boiled vermicelli thoroughly without cooling it with water. This is as solid as it gets. Mix quickly with the sauce you made earlier. Boil the seafood. This time I am using frozen seafood. Then we will prepare the vegetables. Coriander has soil attached to its thin branches, making it difficult to remove. I cut it before washing it. Wash the coriander thoroughly. If you wash it thoroughly 2.3 times, it will be fine. If diluted with water, the flavor tends to be lost, so it is important to drain the water thoroughly. Remove the strings from the celery and cut it into 1-2 cm pieces. Do the same with the leaves. Slice the carrots as thinly as possible, then cut them into quarters. Slice the onions as thinly as possible and soak them in water. Put only the boiled seafood and onions and carrots in a bowl and mix well. Leafy vegetables release water easily, so they will taste better if added at the end. Transfer to a storage container and it’s done. When it cools down, the vermicelli absorbs moisture and tends to harden. I try to eat it up within 2-3 days. A simple and delicious dish that you can make ahead of time by simply frying shiratako with cod roe. Fry the drained shirataki mushrooms in sesame oil until the moisture evaporates. Once the water has evaporated to a certain extent, add the cod roe and stir-fry to coat. Sauteing the cod roe over low heat will prevent it from splattering. Add alcohol and soy sauce and stir-fry until the water evaporates. You’ll be crushing it while frying, so it’s okay if it’s rough. Boil thoroughly until reduced by approximately half. While it is boiling down, fry the vegetables in olive oil. I chose the wrong frying pan and it was a bit small 😂 Sprinkle salt and remove excess moisture while baking. Fry the other vegetables in the same way. Add the vegetables to the reduced tomato sauce. Add white wine vinegar and simmer for about 5 minutes. I forgot to buy eggplant, but it’s definitely more delicious. Finally, check the taste and adjust with salt and pepper. You can make it with whole canned tomatoes, and it’s also delicious with a variety of leftover vegetables. Recommended when you want to consume vegetables or on days when you can buy tomatoes cheaply. The pot was too small, so I transferred it. Let’s boil it in a larger pot (lol). After squeezing out the water, cut the spinach into thirds. Mirin, miso, and two types of sesame seeds (the more the better) Add honey and mix well. Taste and adjust to your preference. If you don’t mind rubbing the sesame seeds, the aroma will be better and the taste will be more appealing. Personally, I love sesame and miso dressing. Cut the onion into small pieces. Add a little salt to the ground meat and knead until it becomes sticky. It’s OK if it becomes this sticky. I couldn’t take some pictures because the battery died… Add the seasonings and form the mixture. Nutmeg and mayonnaise are recommended as they add depth to the flavor. Bake until the surface is lightly browned. This time, I made it into a round shape because I will be grilling it so that the sun can see through to the inside. When it is cooked, turn it over. (It was a little overcooked, I think you can return it a little earlier.) It’s okay if it’s not cooked all the way through. Turn the heat to low on the grill and cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes. Not only can you use it for hamburgers, but you can also crush it and use it for meat sauce, so it’s very convenient to make it in advance. It’s a little burnt, but it looks delicious. Mash the peeled potatoes with a masher. This time I added zucchini and onions. Use about 3 to 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and of course more is delicious. Then add a little lemon and season with salt and pepper. Dijon mustard makes it even more delicious. I make the kids’ portions lighter and save them first. For adults, add black pepper and anchovy paste. I also added a little Dijon mustard. If you don’t like anchovies, please try adding them. This is an easy dish that can also be enjoyed as a snack.
