HOW TO COOK OKINAWA SOMEN CHANPURU WITH CANNED TUNA / OKINAWA STYLE STIR – FRIED NOODLES WITH CANNED TUNA / 沖縄 そうめんチャンプルー
INGREDIENTS / 材料
Somen Noodles – 500g
2 can tuna of your choice ( Im using tuna in oil )
1 whole Carrot にんじん – Shreded or Jullian cut into 5mm.
5mmくらいの千切り
30 to 50 grams of CHIVES ニラ – Cut with a width of about 2 inches.
2 inches 位の幅でカット
2 Tbsp mirin
2 Tbsp sake
2 TBSP sesame oil /goma abura
Salt and pepper to taste
With a can of tuna and somen noodles, you’re all set.
ツナ缶とそうめんが揃えば準備OKです。
NOTE * You can add bonito flakes かつお節 / soy sauce / dashi soup stock
JUST ADJUST and TASTE TASTE accourding to your tastebuds 🙂
This dish is stir-fried somen noodles with canned tuna and vegetables. It’s tasty but easy to make. What I like about this dish is that you can add as many vegetables as you want. Try it at home because it’s really simple.
