一週間の朝ごはん / 7日間の和朝食献立:米縛りウィーク

We usually eat a lot of bread at home, but this week we decided to make it a rice week. I wish I could prepare it when I have time and eat it easily in the morning.I wash the cherry tomatoes so they can be eaten right away.It ‘s better to remove the stems first and then wash them, but I always forget.I love the long, thin ones because they are sweet.(Aiko) I lined a storage container with kitchen paper, put the cherry tomatoes in it, covered it with kitchen paper, put the lid on, and stored it in the refrigerator.I also washed the sprouts, wrapped them up and stored them.I bought 2 bags of komatsuna. Add it to the boiled water and use it for 3 different dishes, so cut it into pieces.Once cut, store it in the refrigerator.Make the ohitashi directly in a Tupperware.Put the dried bonito flakes on top and it’s done.Wipe the drippings off the salmon and wrap it in plastic wrap. Wash the shiso leaves, soak the stems in water, and store in the refrigerator.Cut the carrots into thin strips.Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the carrots.Add the soy sauce, tuna, and udon soup.Complete carrot shirishiri. Once cooled, store it in the refrigerator.I want to add the enoki mushrooms to the miso soup, so I cut them into bite-sized pieces.I put them in a bag and froze them.The cabbage is also going to be made into miso soup, so I cut it up a little.I put it in a bag and freeze it.Using the komatsuna I prepared yesterday, I made komatsuna. Make whitebait rice balls. Add komatsuna, whitebait, and salt to the rice and make rice balls. Boil the sausages. Cook the tofu that was left in the fridge and make boiled tofu. I put a large piece of bonito flakes on top. Afterwards , add soy sauce and eat. I need to eat the kiwi from last week… It’s beautiful like fireworks. I sprinkle maple syrup on it. I also add apple chips. I usually have black tea, but today I’m having rice balls, so I’m going to make green tea. My kettle isn’t working well, so I might break soon (I’m scared). Sometimes, even though it’s already boiling, I can’t turn it off and it keeps boiling. The toaster I used before also broke because I couldn’t turn it off because it was a DeLonghi . Please be patient…! I cut up the banana. I ran out of maple syrup. I’ll also add honey prunes. Add the dashi to the Komatsuna ohitashi miso I made. I thought it would be ok just to add hot water. Maybe it’s because I added miso, but it doesn’t turn out very well… I need to do some research. I’ll make an egg roll with perilla that’s in the umeboshi . I’m going to eat some lentils.Today I’m going to make salmon rice balls.I bought this at Kaldi.It’s spicy and goes well with rice.I’ll wrap it in nori.I’ll cut the egg roll.I’ll add some komatsuna.Let ‘s eat yogurt again today.The last banana my husband bought for me on the way home yesterday.Maybe I was too greedy. I grilled some Brussels sprouts that I bought at Costco.I ca n’t cut fish, so I only buy these kinds of products and fillets.I cut up cherry tomatoes.I sautéed Brussels sprouts.I continued eating strawberries.Yogurt today as well.Amanatto yogurt is my daughter’s favorite.There were more than I expected (about 8) I’m going to make miso soup.The ingredients for today’s miso soup are enoki mushrooms.I’m also going to add the frozen cabbage.I’m going to add miso in the wild way.I’m going to add green onions.I’m going to warm up the carrots I’ve made.Today I stirred up one fried egg.I’m going to put some sprouts on it, and the leftovers from last night’s dinner, sweet and sour daikon radish. I’m going to put some pickled salmon flakes on top of it.I’m going to make some miso soup.I’m going to add some miso and I’m going to have some perilla from the pickled plums, so I’m going to make it into rice balls.I’m going to make some scary nigiri.I bought dried potatoes for the first time in a while.They might be delicious when they’re warm, so I’m going to try grilling them.I’m going to put cherry tomatoes on top, too.Miso soup with enoki mushrooms and chikuwa.

いつもパンが多いんですが、パンの日だと6時に食べて10時にはお腹が空くそうです(子供談)
でもご飯(米)にすると、お昼の12時までお腹空かなかったと言うし自分でもそう感じたので、お米は腹持ちがいいとよく言われてるのをこの身で実感することができました。でもパンも好き!
