    ☆材料☆
    (二人前)

    レンコン     350g
    青のり      小さじ1
    有塩バター    小さじ1/3

    Material
    For 2 people
    lotus root 350g
    green laver 1 teaspoon
    salted butter 1/3 teaspoon

    If you are concerned about the discoloration of the lotus root, soak it in vinegar water before cooking.

    Unsalted butter can be substituted for salted butter.
