一見肉豆腐のような煮込みのように見えますが豆板醤を使っているので辛みがありさっぱりとした感じになっております。メインディッシュとしても良し、酒の肴にしても良しという汎用性の高い一品です！

Beef thighs sliced 200g
1 Thick fried tofu
Japanese leek
green onion

[Beef taste]
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons of cooking sake
Water-soluble potato starch

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons of salad oil
Bean plate Chili garlic sauce
Chicken glass soup 350cc

■■■ How to make ■■■
1. Cut Japanese leek and green onions
2. Put beef thighs in bowl and add salt, pepper and cooking sake
3. Add water-soluble potato starch and knead the whole
4. Put the salad oil in a frying pan and mix with the Chili garlic sauce
5. Put the chicken glass soup and boil for a while
6. Carefully put the beef thighs one by one in a pan
7. Add the leek, soy sauce and sugar and stew until thick.
8. Sprinkle with green onions for finishing

牛もも薄切り 200ｇ
厚揚げ 1枚
長ネギ 適量
小ネギ 適量

【牛肉の下味】
塩 適量
胡椒 適量
酒 大さじ2
水溶き片栗粉 適量

醤油 大さじ2
砂糖 大さじ2
サラダ油 大さじ4
豆板醬 小さじ5
鶏ガラスープ 350cc

■■■作り方■■■
1.長ネギ、小ネギを切っておきます
2.牛もも肉をボウルに入れて塩と胡椒、酒を入れてなじませます
3.馴染んだら水溶き片栗粉を入れて全体的にからめます
4.フライパンにサラダ油を入れて豆板醤と混ぜます
5.鶏ガラスープを入れて厚揚げを入れしばらく煮詰めます
6.牛もも肉を1枚づつ丁寧にフライパンの中に入れます
7,長ネギ、醤油、砂糖を入れてとろみが出るまで煮詰めます
8.仕上げに小ネギを散らして完成です
