西新宿駅から徒歩5分に位置する老舗中華料理店「まるしん 本店」さんへ行ってきました！

こちらのお店は何と言っても、創業約半世紀に渡っての看板メニュー「長崎ちゃんぽん」が有名です！

お店横にある製麺所で作った自家製麺と、塩味の効いたスープ、そしてお野菜や海鮮との
絶妙の絡みがたまりませんでした・・・！

Visited [Marushin-honten] 5 min walk from Nishi-Shinjuku. This restaurant has long history..
Over half century, their signature dish [Nagasaki-Champon](Ramen with veggies and seafood) have been popular in Shinjuku-area!

They actually make the noodles by themselves! This is what you call [Homemade noodle dish]!
Perfect mixture of noodle soup, veggies, and seafood will bring you to another world.
