JERK CHICKEN THE JAMAICAN WAY
JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN RECIPE INGREDIENTS : STOVE STOP STYLE
3 chicken legs and thighs
2 tablespoons Jerk Seasoning (Mild) Optional
1 tbsp paprika
1 tablespoons Jamaican Browning
Thyme
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder/garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh garlic
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
BBQ sauce (as needed)
1/2 tsp pepper flakes
hot pepper (as needed)
ps. add water (as needed)
Total cooking time 30 minutes
