くるくる巻いて、バラ🌹の花になりますよ✨
トマトは、ヘタを切り落とします。
1.5mm幅を意識しながら、薄くスライスしていきます。
この時、刃先を使って、引きながら切ることがポイントです👆
トマトがバラバラにならず、その後もスムーズになりますよ。
スライスできたら、少しずつずらして並べて、
くるくるくる・・・・
トマトを切るときは必ずよく研いだ切れ味の良い包丁を使ってくださいね。
