今回注文したのは三輌やま(190円/1個)

自動どら焼き機を使い素早く焼き上げた生地に
お店自慢のこし餡をサンドした人気のどら焼き

生地はもこんがり丁度良いきつね色
分厚くふんわりもちもち食感

蜂蜜の華やかな風味と隠し味の醤油のしょっぱさがアクセントに☺️
ほっこりとした栗の食感と粒あんの優しい甘みがが絶妙にマッチ

シンプルな見た目からは想像出来ない
奥深い味わいが最高でした

Kinchouen Souhonke (金蝶園総本家) – A Historic Japanese Confectionery in Ōgaki, Gifu

Founded in 1798, this long-established Japanese confectionery has a history of nearly 230 years!

Using fresh underground water from Ōgaki, the “City of Water,” Kinchouen Souhonke is beloved across generations for its traditional Japanese sweets.

This time, I tried the Sanryouyama (¥190 per piece).

This popular dorayaki features a fluffy, golden-brown pancake made using an automated dorayaki machine, filled with the shop’s signature smooth koshi-an (sweet red bean paste).

☑️ The pancake is thick, soft, and chewy.
☑️ A delightful blend of honey’s floral aroma and a hint of soy sauce’s subtle saltiness adds depth to the flavor.
☑️ The texture of chestnuts and the gentle sweetness of tsubuan (chunky red bean paste) create a perfect balance.

Despite its simple appearance, this dorayaki offers an incredibly deep and satisfying taste. Highly recommended!
