豚肉とごぼうのしぐれ煮の作り方 #shorts #料理
ごぼうをささがきにして短時間でもしっかり味が染みた「しぐれ煮」レシピをご紹介します。
「しぐれ煮」は牛肉でも、豚肉でもおいしくできますが、今回は豚こま切れ肉を使い、うまみとボリュームをしっかり出した仕上がりにしてます。
ごぼうの水分をしっかり炒めながら飛ばすことで、調味料の染み込みがよくなり、味がしっかり馴染みやすくなります。
フライパンひとつであっという間にでき、作り置きにもおすすめの白いごはんに合うおかずレシピです。

【✴材料：2人分✴】
豚こま切れ肉：250g
ごぼう：1本（280g）
結びしらたき：10個
【調味料】
・砂糖：大さじ1
・しょうゆ：大さじ2
・みりん：大さじ1/2
・酒：大さじ2
サラダ：小さじ1
《ポイント》
・ごぼうを炒める時、水分を飛ばすように炒めます。
・今回は食べやすいように結びしらたきを使用しましたが、通常のしらたきでもできます。

Here’s a recipe for shigureni, which uses julienned burdock root to allow the flavor to penetrate well even in a short amount of time.
Shigureni can be made with either beef or pork, but this time we’ve used minced pork to bring out plenty of flavor and volume.
By thoroughly frying the burdock root to remove the moisture, the seasonings will penetrate better and the flavors will blend in more easily.
This is a side dish recipe that can be made in no time using just one frying pan and is perfect for making in advance, as it goes well with white rice.
[✴Ingredients: 2 servings✴]
Pork mince: 250g
Burdock: 1 stalk (280g)
Knotted shirataki: 10 pieces
[Seasonings]
・Sugar: 1 tablespoon
・Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
・Mirin: 1/2 tablespoon
・Sake: 2 tablespoons
Salad: 1 teaspoon

– When frying the burdock, make sure to stir fry it so that the moisture evaporates.
– This time, I used knotted shirataki so that it is easier to eat, but you can also use regular shirataki.
