今日は先日のおばあちゃん家への差し入れ料理の残りで晩御飯にしようと思い…そこに数品プラスして夫婦晩酌に！
まだ暑い日もあって、さっぱりと食べれる料理が良いとのリクエストに、今年最後の素麺アレンジを加えたメニューにしました。

The sun is going down earlier and earlier.
Today I thought I would make dinner with the leftover food I brought to my grandmother’s house the other day… I added a few dishes to it and made it a married couples’ dinner!
As it was still hot, we were asked to make a refreshing dish, so we decided to make the last somen noodle dish of the year.
A refreshing dinner for two married couples.

■Ethnic shabu shabu with sunny lettuce and green onion → Fumi Kameta / White glazed 7″ octagonal rim shallow bowl
