お料理が初心者の方でも失敗無しで美味しい肉じゃがを作る事が出来ますよ♬
この方法で作れば、本当に美味しいので是非試してみて下さいね😍👌

材料

じゃがいも　　 3個

玉ねぎ　　　　大 1個

人参　　　　　 １本

◉調味料
　
水　　 300cc

醤油　　大3

酒　　 大3

砂糖　　 大1.5

みりん　　 大1.5

① じゃがいもと人参は乱切り、玉ねぎはくし切りにします。

② お肉は食べやすく切り塩コショウをして揉んでおきます。

③ フライパンに胡麻油を温めお肉を炒め、じゃがいも、玉ねぎも加えてじゃがいもの表面が透明になるまで炒めます。

④ 調味料を加えて煮汁が少なくなるまで煮詰めたら完成です😍

Ingredients

Potatoes　　 3

Onion　　 1 large

Carrot　　 1

◉Seasonings

Water　　 300cc

Soy sauce　　 3 tbsp

Sake　　 3 tbsp

Sugar　　 1.5 tbsp

Mirin　　 1.5 tbsp

① Cut the potatoes and carrots into random slices, and the onions into wedges.

② Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and rub.

③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the meat, then add the potatoes and onions and fry until the surface of the potatoes becomes transparent.

④ Add seasonings and simmer until the liquid is reduced and it’s done😍
