Easy Pumpkin Pie Recipe (Easy Crust)【簡単!】パンプキンパイの美味しい季節ですよ

INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
8 tablespoons(100 grams) unsalted butter (melted)
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 (320cc) cup flour
PIE:
1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz.400ml) or homemade puree
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14-oz./400g)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon clove
pinch of salt
whipped cream
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the sugar, salt, oil and melted butter. Mix until combined. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and butter mixture until it becomes a dough. Press dough onto a pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 170C/350F with the baking sheet inside. In the meantime, let’s prepare the filling by combing the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt. Mix until well incorporated. Pour into the pie crust and bake for 45-70 minutes until done. You may want to check for doneness at around 45 minutes just to make sure it doesn’t overcook. Cool completely and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy with a dollop of whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon.

秋のデザートパンプキンパイ。やはりこの季節、これが美味しいですね。秋の様々なイベントにも。
【材料】
クラスト:
無塩バター 100g
サラダ油 大さじ1
塩 小さじ1/3
薄力粉 320cc
パイ:
パンプキンピューレ 1缶(約400ml)
コンデンスミルク 1缶(約400g)
卵 大2個
シナモン 小さじ1
ナツメグ 小さじ1/2
クローブ 小さじ1/4
塩 小さじ1/2
ホイップクリーム(適量)
【作り方】
クラスト
材料を混ぜ混みます。パイ皿などの型に押し当てて成型します。
冷蔵庫で30分以上冷やします。
パイ
ホイップクリーム以外の材料を混ぜ込みます。とろっとスムーズになったらクラストに流し入れます。170度に予熱したオーブンで様子を見ながら45~70分焼きます。

Hey Tabi , what do I do if I cant find pumpkin puree?
I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie but I love me some pecan pie
wow, that looks so easy to make, although we don't have canned pumpkin puree here in Brazil, but I can do it boiling 🙂

Sakura Spring definitely try this one out as it's so easy to do. My friend who makes this for me all the time tells me it helps the dough from sticking too much to the bottom of the pan. To be honest though, I've never tried it any other way and haven't tested that theory.

I'm not a pumpkin pie fan by now, simply because I have never tasted it. 🙁 Also I have never encountered pumpkin puree in the shops. But I guess, I can easily make this myself though. Shinichi-san, say what do you do with all the gorgeous food you and Satoshi-san make? Do you eat it all by yourself or do you share with friends, family and neighbors?
