生姜のピリ辛が食欲そそります🥰

【材料】

きゅうり　2本　（斜め薄切り）

生姜 　1かけ（千切り）

【調味料】

◉ 醤油　　　 大さじ3

◉ みりん　　　 大さじ3

◉ 酢 　　　 大さじ1

保存容器にきゅうり薄切り、生姜の千切り、調味料を入れて冷蔵庫で3時間寝かせたら完成です。

ご飯のお供に、お酒のおつまみにどうぞ❤️

◉ 3 tablespoons mirin

◉ 1 tablespoon vinegar
