Osaka’s amazing dashimaki chef🍳

IGOSSO is an izakaya specializing in traditional food from Kōchi and Miyazaki, Japan.

The chef prepares his specialty “dashimaki(460yen)” with amazing speed and control, formed into a silky smooth rectangular shape!

Super soft and jiggly, and they mix in their homemade broth into the batter so it’s super juicy and flavorful!

They have so many other amazing dishes too and I highly recommend going here for dinner in Osaka!
