ガスパッチョをおしゃれなカクテル風に!日本語は英語の下にあるよ。

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cucumber
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1 avocado
1 lemon
1 bunch coriander
1 can cut tomato
worcestershire sauce
extra virgin olive oil
hot sauce
white wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Chop vegetables and put into bowl. Squeeze lemon juice. Tear coriander leaves and add to bowl.
In separate bowl, add canned tomatoes, spices and half the chopped vegetables. Blend until smooth.
Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Pour into cocktail glasses and top with chopped vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with more coriander.

夏のパーティーにもぴったり。火照った体をクールダウンしてくれるガスパッチョ。
カクテル風でおしゃれにどうぞ。

<材料>
・キュウリ 1/2本
・パプリカ 1個
・トマト 1個
・アボカド 1個
・レモン 1個
・コリアンダー 1株
・カットトマト(缶詰)1缶
・ウスターソース
・エキストラバージンオリーブオイル
・ホットソース
・白ワインビネガー
・塩・胡椒

<作り方>
・キュウリ、パプリカ、トマト、アボカドは5mm~1cm角に切ります。
・レモンを半分に切って、ジュースを野菜に絞りかけます
・コリアンダーは葉をちぎっておき、切った野菜に散らします
・缶詰のトマトを別のボウルにあけ、野菜を半量だけ入れます
・ウスターソース、ホットソース、白ワインビネガー、塩胡椒を入れます
・ブレンダーなどを使って細かく粉砕し全体がスムーズになるまで潰します
・カクテルグラスに注ぎ入れ、残った野菜半分から、適量をとって上にのせます
・コリアンダーの葉を散らして、オリーブオイルを掛けて、召し上がれ

  2. I'm spanish – the country where gazpacho is from – and this recipe is pretty accurate to real spanish gazpacho ^.^ (but adding avocado and lemon isn't as usual). Have you heard of salmorejo? It's also a "cold soup" simmilar to gazpacho, but made with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, moistured bread and a pinch of salt blended together. Garnish with some chopped boiled egg, parseley and serrano ham. ITS SOOO AMAZING, YOU SHOULD DEFINITIVELY TRY THIS! 😀

  3. Oh, gazpacho is perfect for the weather you have now!
    I had one that looked about this good in Vegas.  It was at the Wynn buffet, which is ultra fancy, but SO worth the price! 
    I will have to try this recipe, but a smaller amount because hubby won't eat it, and my pal is allergic to tomatoes!  Maybe her daughter….
