【男の自炊】#272 鰯と豆腐のハンバーグ “Sardine & Tofu Hamburger Steak”

鰯と豆腐のハンバーグを作りました！
ヘルシーなのにとても美味しい(^^)

【材料】
・イワシ：3尾（100g）
・豆腐：150g
・玉葱：50g
・玉子：1個
・パン粉：200cc
・塩胡椒：適量
・生姜：適量
・青葱：適量
・味噌：小さじ1
・サラダ油：適量
・醤油：大さじ2
・みりん：大さじ2
・酒：大さじ2
・砂糖：大さじ1

【作り方】
１．イワシと玉葱をみじん切りにする。
２．豆腐を電子レンジで2分ほど加熱し、水切りする。
３．１と２と玉子、パン粉、塩胡椒、生姜、青葱、味噌をよく捏ねる。
４．３の形を整え、サラダ油を熱したフライパンに並べる。
５．蓋をして両面焼く。
６．醤油、みりん、酒、砂糖を合わせたものを加えて煮詰めたらできあがり！

I made Sardine & Tofu Hamburger Steak!
It’s healthy but very delicious!

[Ingredients]
-sardine : 3 (100g)
-tofu : 150g
-onion : 50g
-egg : 1
-panko (Japanese bread crumbs) : 200cc
-salt & pepper : proper quantity
-ginger : proper quantity
-green onion : proper quantity
-miso : 1 tsp
-vegetable oil : proper quantity
-soy sauce : 2 tbsp
-sweet sake : 2 tbsp
-cooking sake : 2 tbsp
-sugar : 1 tbsp

[Recipe]
1.Chop the sardines and onions.
2.Microwave the tofu for about 2 minutes to drain the water.
3.Combine Step1, Step2, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, ginger, green onion and miso.
4.Shape Step3 and put it in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
5.Cover with a lid and grill on both sides.
6.Add the combined soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar, boil down, and it’s done!
