    　福神漬け：適量
    　レッドオニオンの甘酢和え：適量

    すき家のカレー（4人分）
    　玉ねぎ：1個
    　にんにく：1片
    　生姜：1片
    　トマト：1/2個
    　牛ひき肉：100g
    　クミンシード：小さじ1/2
    　牛脂：2個（16g）
    　サラダ油：大さじ1
    　中辛のカレールー：1/2箱
    　ベジブロス（水で可）：750㏄

    福神漬け　
    　大根：500g
    　胡瓜：1/4本
    　塩：小さじ2
    　醤油：80㏄
    　酢：大さじ1
    　砂糖：大さじ3
    　昆布：少々

    レッドオニオンの甘酢和え
    　レッドオニオン：1個
    　塩：小さじ1/2
    　酢：大さじ2
    　砂糖：大さじ1

    Horo Horo Chicken Curry(for 1 serving)
    1 tender chicken thigh
    some rice
    some Fukujinzuke
    some red onion Amazuzuke

    Sukiya’s curry(for 4 servings)
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    small piece ginger
    1/2 tomato
    100 g ground beef
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    16 g beef tallow
    1 tbsp salad oil
    1/2 pack curry
    750 ml vegetable broth(or water)

    Fukujinzuke
    500 g daikon radish
    1/4 cucumber
    2 tsp salt
    80 ml soy sauce
    1 tbsp vinegar
    3 tbsp sugar
    some kombu

    Red onion amazuzuke
    1 red onion
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp sugar
