      im curious, what kind of chilli did the chef used at 33:00 ? to me its like green birds eye chilli and its very spicy right?
      from what i know japanese people doesnt like spicy flavour so its my first time seeing a japanese food with spicy chili

      気になってはいたけど、ジャン横酩酊するまで飲み歩き旅行しかしてなかったから・・・

      While this looks soo damn tasty and I would HAPPILY visit if I were able to travel to Japan if a danish Health and safety inspect saw this video specially around the 35:30 mark he would have a heart attack with those black dirt spots on the wall.. That would be an instant fine here in denmark XD.
