#48 / Delicious vegan lasagna / 絶品 ヴィーガン ラザニア

ゴージャスだけど、重たくないお料理が作りたい、そんなときにとてもオススメのラザニア。ボリュームもこくもあるのに、体に負担は少ない、そんなラザニアです。

ミートソース部分は、高野豆腐で作ります。
もちろん大豆ミートを戻して使っていただいても構いません。
野菜のうまみをぎゅっと吸ったとてもコクもボリュームもあるミートソース風です。
赤ワインで高野豆腐をもどしていますが、水で戻してもかまいません。
赤ワインのほうが、よりお肉らしい見た目と香りと深みがでます。
普通のミートソースパスタでも使えるし、ご飯にのせても美味しい。

ホワイトソースは、カリフラワーを使って、ぐっと簡単にヘルシーなカリフラワークリームに。
粉を使ったホワイトソースも美味しいけれど、ちょっと重たいな、というときには便利。
カリフラワーの優しい甘みとクリーミーな舌触りが、ラザニア全体を軽く優しくしてくれます。

I highly recommend this lasagna if you want to cook a gorgeous but not heavy dish.
It’s very rich but light.

This vegan meat sauce is made from Koya-tofu as I always prefere to use, which is very nutritious.
Of course, you can substitute with soy meats.
Koya-tofu is rehydrated with red wine, but you can also use just water.
With red wine it smells good, looks more like meats, and tastes richer.

This white sauce is much easier and healthier with cauliflower than the one made from flour which is also delicious but slightly heavier.
The gentle sweetness and creamy texture of cauliflower make this lasagna light and mild.
